Since writing the below, I am pleased to say that I spoke with someone who was able to feedback properly to me about the status of my order. I got my Son's PC with amazing delivery on the date stated. The PC is amazing & was so simple to set up. Glad we went for a bundle, I have a very happy Son, who is playing his favourite games on what seems to be a very good gaming PC. I think the Christmas chaos caused a few issues with customer service. But, I would recommend the company & the PC's they build. Thank you Fierce PC.

I placed an order on Dec 4th, after reading good reviews, & after reaching out to customer services. Decided to place an order, as they said they could build & ship my order to arrive a week before Christmas. Amazing. But despite me contacting them, my pc isn't ready & they aren't getting back to me about when it will be ready & Sent to me. This is a purchase for my Autistic Son, for Christmas. I have no plan B, so I am really not satisfied so far, with the whole experience. Alot of money spent & nothing to show from it.

delivery of the custom PC took longer than expected but the PC itself is fantastic, would definitely use again and recommend to friends.

Le pc est tombé en panne au bout de 1 an aucune réponse du SAV, les pièces sont de mauvaises qualités. Ne pas acheter de pc de cette marque j'ai perdu 700 euros !!!!!

I recently bought the ‘Fierce TD500 PC bundle’ and I’m very pleasure with the PC! I’ve always wanted a PC and to finally buy my first was a great experience!

I think it’s 10-14 business days and it got on the 14th day and so hats off to you guys even during this busy period!

The PC is fantastic, cable management was the first to be inspected and it was all nicely & neatly put together. Absolutely no issues with the build, no over heating issues and I can play my favourite games on max settings. But personally I’m currently buying an exhaust fan just to be on the safe side.

Sadly the mouse that came with the Pre build did not make it to the end :( it suddenly stopped working after a week so it was a perfect opportunity for an upgrade!

I’m summary, I certainly do recommend Fierce!

Ordered my custom pc this month form fierce. Order arrived on time and well packaged so no worries of damage during transit. Everything looks great and running fine. Arrived with lots of extra cables for future upgrade's which i was not expecting. Customer service was great, very quick to reply to any question i had. Would highly recommend Fierce Pc for your build.

Payed the extra money for express dispatch 3-5 days. On 5th day still hadn't dispatched. Was contacted on 6th day that it was being built. It wasn't dispatched on the 6th day. Requested refund as I didn't get the service and it was now dispatching on the 7th day which is there standard. Refund was authorised and progressed smoothly. Only now they haven't dispatched my computer, despite saying it was ready on the 6th day.

So all in all, is not worth the hassle.

So far so good. I bought a Custom PC and everything has arrived as expected. Was also well packed. Turned on with no fuss and everything is looking great at the moment. Busy installing some games to check out my new graphics capabilities! Pretty excited!

I bought a Fierce PC a few years ago, and still to this day, everytime I have a question or need some technical support, Danny S. answers quickly and thoroughly and helps me out with the PC issue. Now that's customer care.

I bought my computer from Fierce 3 years ago and needed advice for upgrading it to cope with Flight Simulator 2020. Danny Steadman was exceptionally helpful and answered my many queries quickly and comprehensively.
I can recommend Fierce PC without hesitation.

Bought a PC from here a long time ago. Been great.
A year or so on, I had issues with slow internet. Daniel.S (Danny) was great offering help via email, with suggestions to fix the issue, which was an upgraded wifi card.
Customer service is spot on. 💯

I had purchased a pre built from fierce almost 2 years ago that unfortunately developed a fault with one of the parts. I got in touch with customer service and Danny was very quick to reply. He helped me troubleshoot the issue step by step and when there was still a problem got a replacement part out to me straight away.
I would 100% recommended using them!

I had great advice via emails from Danny & his replies were fast too, so I wasn't waiting a day or two....great service & great advice.

After having my new computer for 2 weeks all I can say is THANK YOU FIERCE. The quality is great and the advice you gave me regarding my monitor was spot on.

I recently brought a gaming PC from these guys and was very impressed with the build quality. I had a little hick up with the tower fans not coming on when the computer was turned on. I emailed Danny and within the same day he replied and helped me to get it sorted. I was very impressed with his quick response in helping me sort it out. I would highly recommend this company.

Excelent customer service! I ordered a custom pc but wanted to leave some parts out but that wasnt an option on the website, so i emailed and explained and they made me an altered web page with exactly what i needed on it. Thank you daniel for the amazing customer service
