Excellent website and quick delivery. Unfortunately, the storage unit had a cracked side and back plastic spine was snapped. Can't understand how this was 'cos the box and packing provided good protection? Anyway, couldn't be bothered to call Filstorage for replacement so glued broken bits and used duck tape for support!

Hi Ashley, we're really sorry to hear that your cupboard was damaged. It is also incredibly frustrating for us as we have invested in additional packaging to prevent damages, but we still have the occasional damaged cupboard which is usually done in transit. The cupboards are packed quite tightly and despite the fragile tape, we still have some carriers or sorting operatives at delivery depots who do not take this into regard.
We carry spare parts in stock and can usually get these out pretty quickly, if you could email which parts are damaged we will get these out asap. Hope to hear from you soon and once again, we're really sorry that your items were damaged.

delivery could have been better. box was damaged and just dumped where I asked for it to be placed as I had just got out of bath.

The cupboard ordered is our budget option and we do provided heavier-duty equivalents, that being said the doors should still close properly. great product .
I ordered 3 large size twin handled shopping baskets,price was good,delivered within timescale promised.Used for our weekly shop,used two cardboxes for years,but to lift a box and carry it requires both hands,now getting old i need to be able to carry things with one hand and use my left hand for support to climb up two steps to the door thus avoiding the risk of a another fall.Today i used them for the first time and they worked perfectly and more important safely,product is very strong and stackable so saving boot space when not used.

Outstanding customer service. The item ordered arrived damaged. I contacted Filstore via their web page and had an email response within an hour. The item was replaced without any fuss.

Lots of parts were damaged/ broken in transit. Two parts were unusable and even though pictures were sent they have then sent the wrong part to me. Generally really unhappy with the quality of it for the cost.

Storage Cupboard
We purchased a storage cupboard for our son which unfortunately arrived damaged. We contacted the company who responded very quickly and went out of their way to sort the problem. Would definitely recommend them.
