Product is flimsy, and overpriced.
Product was a cheap flimsy shelving unit. Made of a cheap alloy. It was claimed on the website that it was steel (well, there are different grades I guess) and that it could support 70Kgs per shelf. It wouldn't stand up straight on its own.
Customer service claimed that it was "stand alone", but such cheap shelves usually need to be attached yo the wall. Item came with documentation showing wall attachment.
Customer said that yes it was a lower priced unit, but Rapid Racking charge twice as much as other sources.

Still haven’t recieved my order
Still haven’t recieved my order, couldn’t pick a delivery day, wasn’t in on the day it told me it was coming, changed the day using the option that came with the delivery info and never turned up

I ordered some plastic feet for my racking which in themselves were over priced and was charged £12 for shipping which on a £50 order that was packed in a tiny box and weighed just a few grams was really expensive. They didn't even arrive next day.
