Bought a garden storage cupboard it came flat pack it's flimsy and not worth the £105 I paid for it.would not recommend this item. save your money

Poor quality
This garden cupboard is not good quality the top is particularly not strong enough and sags also there are four like plastic studs across the top with very sharp plastic sticking up l almost cut my fingers on these l am 80 a friend put it up for me l emailed Filstorage at customer care explaining my dissatisfaction was called by in my opinion an unhelpful member of staff could not understand the problem with the cupboard said sand down sharp bits or take it down and return it
I had just got a friend too put it up ! No apology or understanding of an 80 year olds problem just we don't make them just sell them well aren't you then responsible for goods you sell needless to say l will not be recommending or buying from them again

Hi Joy, we're sorry to see this review. We did try to assist you, and my colleague called you to see how we could help, but you hung up the phone when we asked what resolution you were seeking, after rejecting our offer to have the item returned for a full refund, along with other solutions. We explained that the sharp part was likely due to the injection moulding manufacturing process, and have at no point stated we share no responsibility?
The solutions we offered were that you could swap the top and bottom piece (both are the same) so the sharp part was underneath and out of reach, return for a full refund and that we would collect the item free of charge, or alternatively, you could remove the small amount of plastic with a light sandpaper.
Our customer service team were only trying to assist you and were concerned and trying to calm you down, but struggled to get a word in edgeways because you were rude and shouting. Our staff should not have to tolerate rude behaviour - we understood you were unhappy and offered you a number of resolutions, which you did not take up.
The storage unit when put together…
The storage unit when put together doesn't fit that well and also very light weight and flimsy. The shelves are fine though. I think it would be better using screws.

Broken parts...
Many of the parts arrived broken, despite the outer box being in good condition. Having contacted them, they were quick to send me out a replacement. This also arrived in near perfect condition on the outside, but had components broken inside. However, I managed to make one complete cupboard out of two partially broken packages. They asked me to dispose of the remainder, and said the breakages were down to the courier. I'm not convinced.

Hi Tom, I have looked into this, and we are very sorry some of your items were damaged.
The items were most likely damaged in transit. We do not send out broken goods, and this would have absolutely no benefit to us, as it costs us additional parts and carriage to rectify when this does happen. The problem with the cupboards is that the manufacturers pack them tightly together, which means that if they are dropped or roughly handled, there is a chance some parts may shatter internally.
We have invested in better packaging, and we cover the boxes with fragile tape, which has significantly reduced the amount of damages we receive, but we can't control how the goods are handled once they leave with the courier. Occasionally, we still do receive damages, which we try to rectify asap.
If you require any additional parts, we are happy to sort for you asap. Once again, we are very sorry your cupboards have come damaged, we are constantly looking to further improve our packaging and delivery network to keep damages to a minimum.

We did not receive the rubber mallet
We did not receive the rubber mallet, luckily we had one otherwise it would have made it a bit difficult to put it together securely.

Freestanding Louvre Panel Storage Bin Rack.
I bought two freestanding louvre panel storage bin racks which were delivered within 48 hours.
I have given them 5 stars even though there is no way that they would have been safe as free standing units.
I removed the feet and secured the frames to a wall and it all now works perfectly.
Good quality and excellent value for money. Just what I needed for long overdue garage storage.
I would definitely recommend.

Still waiting after 18 days
Placed my order for a corner racking unit on the 17th April just prior to the Easter bank Holiday and was advised 5 to 7 business days for delivery. On the 24th April one parcel arrived out of a delivery of 8. I called Filstore to question this and was told that they use a partner for this item and they would contact them directly to ensure prompt delivery. Then on the 29th April one more parcel arrived, once again the partner was blamed. It is now 5th May and no further parcels have been delivered.

Order was late being delivered (not your fault) and when it arrived part of it was missing (or rather I had two lots of shelves but no shelving for corner unit.
