my experience was not good
my experience was not good, as the first notification that I received that my goods would be delivered on a particular day was an email from yourselves telling me that the delivery company had tried to deliver my parcel, twice ! , on a previous day, I had been given no
notification whatsoever of this delivery, consequently I was not at home so missed the delivery.
The only redeeming factor was that when I phoned you I spoke to a lady called Sherri, who was most helpful and said that they had given the delivery company my phone and email, so they obviously didnt bother to look, as both phone and email was printed on the label on the packaging !, and the lady I spoke to at the delivery company said 'you had not given them my details !
So, thank you Sherri, but the performance of your delivery company was 'pants'.

Received the wrong item. Can’t have my actual item until the wrong one has been picked up which I was told somebody was coming for it yesterday but never showed up. Wrote an email about a refund and I’ve been ghosted ever since

The dolly arrived quickly and was well…
The dolly arrived quickly and was well packaged. The wheels were easy to attach. It seems like a well made dolly, time will tell how it lasts. But so far I am pleased with it.
