Good morning, Rafael. We are very confused by your review. You placed an order on the 20th of November and then rang after a few days to chase the order. The product listing you ordered displays in bold red writing that it has a lead time of 10-15 days. You told us over the phone that you did not read the bold red writing on the web page so wished to cancel the order as you did not want to wait. We cancelled and refunded your order immediately as requested. We are unsure how this equates to very bad customer service. We always try our best to assist our customers which is reflected through the vast majority of our reviews. Unfortunately, because you chose not to read the product information you have decided to leave negative feedback instead and label our customer service as very bad. We strongly refute this review and feel your comments are completely unreflective of the situation.

A little disappointed
We were a little disappointed with the purchase as when we opened it a small pieces of plastic were broken off from a side panel. We have patched it up with tape and so no wet cannot enter the shed. Does the job what we wanted it for.
Was easy to assemble and does require fixing to wall for stability.
The service and speed of delivery was brilliant.

Good morning, thank you very much for your review. That doesn't sound great at all. I can't see any correspondence with our customer service team in regards to this but if you email a photo of the damaged component, we will get a replacement part sent out to you asap.
We never send out damaged items intentionally and we've recently invested in additional packaging to prevent damages, however, we do still have the occasional item damaged in transit. If you get in touch with sales@filstorage.com we will have this sorted for you and ensure that the damaged item is replaced.
