I ordered a pair of Brooks, only to get an email a week later to say that colour was out of stock so I had to choose a different colour after already paying. Other than that, the shoes are very comfortable and good quality.

Paul was absolutely fantastic and super friendly. When I rang the shop enquiring about ordering a pair of Echo runners. Didn’t have the pair I normally order. He got on to Echo really quickly and sourced the shoes that I wanted. His staff are super friendly and so efficient. Would highly recommend.
