Went into the shop looking to confirm shoes sizes with the intention of buying shoes from logues in the coming days. I tried on sizes 10 and 11 to confirm which fit best. I thanked the salesMAN profusely and went to leave. He then accused me of trying on the shoes just to get them in another shop. I explained to him the situation and he still accused me of wasting his time. Overall terrible customer service and I will certainly not be ordering from here!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have spoken to the sales man and he apologised for the confusion and he did his best to help get the correct fit and brough down 5 pairs of shoes for you to try on at the time and when you were leaving you mentioned that you said that you were buying them online and you did not mention at any point that you plan was to purchase these from Logues.ie.
At no point did he feel he was rude to you and he wished to apoligise if he came across as rude to you.

I ordered shoe polish on 12th Sept expecting to receive it 4-5 days later. I was stunned to see the delivery the following day on the 13th.
As I opened, I took note of the attention to detail in the packaging. I order quite a bit online and I can tell you, too many companies don't put enough thought into that.
I took out the polish that I'd had difficulty getting anywhere else, and saw a cute little lollipop in the shape of a foot, which I thought was such a nice touch. Having had a rough week, that little gesture made a such a difference to my day.
Keep up the effort. It's noticed and appreciated and hopefully I can pay it forward.
I was after these sandals for ages and found them on this website reduced in price too. As I'm in England and it's an Irish company, I did think they might not ship outside of the country (as I have previously experienced from other companies abroad). I had them within the week! Sent out within a day of ordering and I was kept informed throughout. Arrived in perfect condition and well packaged. I give full marks, would recommend them and order again from them.

The most excellent, efficient customer service for an online order ever! I placed an order for Uggs on line but phoned the shop before placing the order to ensure stock availability. Guy who answered the phone was so nice and obliging. Within 2 hours of placing order it was dispatched with a confirmation email including An Post delivery tracking. Excellent service. Well done!
