Do not use. Time wasters
Absolute waste of time.
I gave all of my CORRECT details to Motorpoint who then used Finder to broker car finance for me. 3 times I was told I’d been approved to only then be told I wasn’t. One agreement got to the stage where all documents were signed and collection of vehicle was due to take place less than 24 hours later but as Finset sent over the wrong information the finance company came back with a rejection.
Dealt with them for 3 weeks and it was the worst 3 weeks of my life.
They are useless at dealing with anything and can’t give honest and straight forward answers to what they are doing.
They have smashed my credit score because of the multiple hard searches and they were more than happy to go ahead and do more searches! In the end I pulled out because they wanted more money.
Useless company.

I have taken the time to review your application, whilst I will accept there are areas we can improve on and we will put processes in place to ensure those areas improve, most of your review is factually incorrect. Criticism is fair when the truth is told, however there are numerous inaccuracies in your review.
I tried to reach out to yesterday (Sunday the 29th of March), to discuss your application. Please let me know when you are free for a call so that we can discuss your application, any potential next steps and why the approvals changed / did decline from the lenders.

Exceptionally Brillaint
My experience with finset was incredible the company was so professional and the constant communication really helped with getting me a car the support I had with this firm is 10/10 the colleagues I’ve spoken to over the phone was such as helpful and even through messaging it was throughly the best experience ive had and would recommend to anyone so helpful and if your nervous with phone calls they will respond with messaging and in very quick time
