First mats, what's a terrible service this company is not to be trusted they failed to deliver entrance Mat and even tho they said they was making a refund still waiting two weeks later. The service from David was shocking failed to even return phone calls when he said he would.if you are considering using this company be prepared for shocking customer service and not receiving the goods that you paid for. Still waiting for £580 to be returned and we paid in full.

We’re sorry the delivery problems caused frustration. However, we need to clarify the support provided and the status of your refund.
Your logo mat was ordered on 16 September, manufactured and dispatched on 18 September, and first taken out for delivery by UPS on 21 September.
UPS repeatedly recorded the business as closed when delivery was attempted. David called you within 15 minutes of the first unsuccessful delivery notification to check the details, then contacted UPS to arrange another attempt.
We continued following up with you and UPS, offered delivery to an alternative address and, with your agreement, arranged delivery to a UPS collection point. Your mat remains available there.
When you said you no longer wished to wait, we processed your full £580 refund on 30 September, without waiting for the mat to be returned. Our payment records confirm the refund has been processed and approved by the Mastercard network. We can provide confirmation and any available transaction reference to help your card issuer trace the credit.
The delivery experience was disappointing, but our team acted promptly, remained in contact, arranged an alternative you agreed to and processed a full refund. All of this took place within the originally quoted 7–10 working-day lead time.
