Compré un par de productos hace 2 meses y me dieron un número de seguimiento que a todas luces es falso. Cuando pedí ayuda, simplemente me dijeron que el correo local era el responsable y que no podían hacer nada.

Esto es muy frustrante e injusto. No debería ser mi problema que ellos envíen información incorrecta. Recomiendo no comprar en este sitio, ya que mi envío sigue sin llegar. Espero que otros tengan cuidado si piensan comprar aquí. Para mi criterio esto ya es una estafa!

Excellent for now!

Website was easy to navigate, purchasing through PayPal a breeze. Prices are good and sizing is well explained.
Postage seems reasonable, will know more when the items arrive.
Can't comment on quality etc as they have only just been ordered and won't be delivered for a while.

This is a shameful company that clearly…

This is a shameful company that clearly is making a dollar wherever they can. I communicated with them pre confirming an order at the excessively high postage and packing. The shirt was $39NZD but the postage was $50NZD. They claimed it was because NZ was in a different zone. I pointed out that a shirt from QWERTY ( a reputable online T shirt company) on its now to me cost $9.90 NZD. Evidence given. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

CRIMINAL SCAMMERS! Two months of fraud, fake refunds, and extortion!

This is my THIRD review because Fishneo only acts when exposed. Do not believe their manipulative replies; they are professional liars. I placed my order on December 6th for Christmas gifts. After two months of waiting for a "5-7 day shipping" promise, I was forced to cancel.
They tried to extort and blackmail me by claiming the cancellation was "voluntary" to justify stealing my money. They initially tried to withhold a 15% fee for an order they never even proved was "in production." After a long fight, they "lowered" it to 10%, acting as if they were doing me a "favor" instead of what they are actually doing: STEALING. They never provided a single shred of evidence that any work had been done.
The level of fraud is staggering:
• Document Fraud: On January 19th, they sent an official email claiming the refund was processed. IT WAS A TOTAL LIE.
• Manipulation: They ignored my emails, blocked me on all social media, and blacklisted my email address to silence me.
• The "Magic" Refund: Only after I exposed them on Trustpilot for the second time they finally did process the 90% refund on February 2nd—coincidentally the same day of my post.
The money only arrived today to our account.
• Fake Excuses: They now claim the January 19th email was just a "request," contradicting their own previous confirmation.
They are thieves who hold your money hostage and use fake "internal processes" as an excuse for fraud.
They are experts at "stalling." They deliberately drag out the process with fake promises and fake refund confirmations to make you wait until the legal timeframe for a bank chargeback expires. They want to exhaust your patience and your legal rights before you realize the money is never coming. It is a calculated, predatory tactic to ensure they can keep your stolen funds forever. FISHNEO IS A SCAM. STAY AWAY.
P.S. Don’t be fooled by any positive reviews you see here. It is painfully obvious they are TOTAL FAKES, systematically posted only when they receive a wave of negative reviews to drown out the truth. They are manipulating their rating just as they manipulate their customers. Look at the real stories of theft and blocked accounts, not their paid or bot-generated "5-star" lies.

This company is a total scam. They sent me a damaged product and refuse to issue a refund. I’ve sent numerous emails, and they always deflect when responding and demonstrate very poor ethics. I’ll be taking further action, especially after reading a report that describes them as a company that engages in fraudulent activities. Stay away from them!

SCAM COMPANY

Please don't give fishneo another dollar.
The AI images on their site look nice but nothing like the actual products.
I bought a sweatshirt for my wife's Christmas present. If I had had another backup gift I would have laughed upon unboxing the dishrag. The colors in the printing were faded as though they had been through a washing machine for the last 10 years, with horizontal lines throughout the garment, like a printed page fresh off a printer with an empty ink cartridge. You hold this thing up to the light and it's SHEER. It's an amazing feat of manufacturing that any machine could actually print upon this fabric without ripping through it like a wet paper towel. I called it a dishrag, but I just know if I tried to actually wash a dish with it, it would likely dissolve into fragments like pencil shavings.
I politely tried to return it which they agreed to provided I pay for shipping. Fair enough, however USPS tells me it will cost $600 to ship this back to China. To their credit, Fishneo offered to give me a 30% discount off a different product. No thanks! I already procured better quality cleaning rags from Dollar Tree.
This is the fishneo grift; don't support it and don't help this company stay in business.

Long shipping times, poor quality, poor customer service.

Way overpriced for what I got.
Shipping took over 20 days to show up. The tracking number they give doesn't help much either
I bought two sweaters and a T-shirt. What showed up was three T-shirts. The "sweaters" have a poor quality sweater print on a long sleeve T-shirt.

EDIT: Finally got a resolution. The company expects you to pay shipping back to China. Nearly the entire amount they would refund just to ship faulty merchandise. It took a lot of back and forth to even get to that point! Trying a Paypal dispute but it's looking like I'm not getting a refund.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

AVOID

This is the worst online shopping experience I’ve ever had.

I placed an order in early November. After weeks with no proactive updates and the order still marked as “processing,” I requested cancellation and a refund before the parcel entered physical transit.

Despite this, the seller shipped the order days later and repeatedly refused to cancel or refund, insisting I wait for delivery and then return the item. Tracking shows that at the time of cancellation only a label existed; the parcel was not picked up or accepted by a carrier until days later.

Their chosen courier (Evri) then failed to follow basic delivery instructions and left the parcel unattended outside without making any attempt to contact us. The parcel is now missing. The seller is refusing a refund and claiming they “cannot file a claim,” attempting to shift responsibility onto the customer despite being the sender.

Customer service has been consistently dismissive and abrasive, repeatedly ignoring the timeline, tracking evidence, and delivery failure.

This reflects a complete lack of accountability and basic consumer fairness. Avoid this company.
