You're right about the fabric. That set was meant to be lightweight, but we can see how it might come across as cheap and thin – especially for the price. We're sorry about that.

We'd actually really like to look into this properly. If you could send us a couple of photos showing the fabric close‑up, we can share them with our factory and check if there's been a batch variation or a quality control slip on that specific run. It would help us a lot in figuring out what went wrong.

And we completely get why you're not returning it – the international return process is a pain, and we should be more upfront about that. We're not happy that you're left with something you'd only wear around the house. That's not what we want for you.

Thanks for this – honestly, you're right about a lot of it, and we really appreciate you taking the time to lay it all out. Hearing it straight like this helps more than you'd think.

The shipping thing is a fair call. We've been trying to update the site to make it clearer, but clearly we haven't done a good enough job yet. For context: we do ship from China, and the 1–4 business days you saw refers to the transit time after dispatch. But the production side (cutting, printing, packing) can take 5–7 days, and we haven't been upfront enough about that in the UK checkout flow. That's on us, and we're going to fix it. Not in a "we'll get to it eventually" way – we're actually working on a clearer shipping breakdown that shows total time upfront.

On the synthetic fabric and sizing: we use polyester blends on certain styles because they hold prints better and last longer, but you're not wrong that we should flag that more clearly on the product page. And the sizing – yeah, we've heard this before. We've added a size guide with actual measurements (not just S/M/L), but we know it's still easy to miss. We'll look at making that more prominent.

We don't want to make excuses – you're right that we've been slow to update this stuff, and that's frustrating for customers who just want clear info before they buy. Great designs don't mean much if people feel misled or end up with something that doesn't fit.

If you're open to it, drop us your order number and we'll look at your case directly – we can either exchange the items for a better size or fabric, offer a partial refund, or just make sure you're not left with something you can't use.
