At the same time, we're genuinely sorry to learn that the product itself didn't fully meet your expectations. You mentioned that the fabric feels a bit see‑through and that the fit is larger than expected, even after you carefully checked the measurements before ordering.

We completely understand your frustration. Our sizing follows a unisex American fit, which does tend to run larger than European sizes – so an XXL can indeed feel more like a XXXL in EU sizing. We realise this isn't always clear from the size chart alone, and we appreciate you pointing it out.

Regarding the sheerness of the fabric – this can sometimes vary by style and colour. We take this feedback seriously and will review the material and transparency levels across our range to ensure better consistency.
