La ringraziamo di cuore per aver dedicato del tempo a condividere la sua esperienza con noi su Trustpilot. È davvero prezioso leggere il suo racconto, soprattutto perché sappiamo che l’inizio non è stato privo di dubbi.

Comprendiamo perfettamente le sue preoccupazioni iniziali: le recensioni negative possono generare incertezza, e siamo grati che abbia deciso di darci comunque una possibilità. Sapere che la sua consegna è arrivata in una settimana, che ha ricevuto il tracking number e che ha potuto seguire il pacco passo dopo passo tramite Ninja Tracking ci riempie di gioia.

Siamo anche felici che i prodotti siano stati all’altezza delle sue aspettative per qualità e fedeltà dei colori, e che le taglie, pur risultando leggermente ampie, siano comunque andate bene. La sua esperienza positiva è per noi la migliore conferma che stiamo lavorando nella giusta direzione.

You've mentioned that we sent you the wrong item – however, we have not yet received any photos from you to confirm this. Without visual verification, we cannot confirm whether an error occurred on our side.

If you can send us clear photos of the item you received (including the product, label, and any identifying details), we will review them immediately.

If we confirm that we sent the wrong item, we will cover the return shipping and issue a full refund or replacement.

If the item is correct and you simply no longer wish to keep it, you are welcome to return it – but return shipping would be at your cost, as per our policy.

Please reply with your order number and photos, and we'll take it from there. We're here to help, but we need your help to verify the facts first.

Thank you for taking the time to share your honest experience. We are truly sorry to hear that our return policy and delivery time left you feeling frustrated and disappointed.

You are absolutely right to point out that the return process to China is costly and that this is not clearly communicated on our website. We accept that we should have been more transparent about this from the start, and we apologise for the inconvenience this has caused you.

We also understand that the delivery time of one month is far longer than acceptable – our production and shipping processes clearly need improvement, and we are actively reviewing them.

The 30% discount we offered was meant as a goodwill gesture to help offset the return cost, but we fully respect your decision not to shop with us again. We never want a customer to feel pressured or undervalued, and we are sorry that our response came across as insensitive.

We are currently working on updating our website to make return and refund policies clearer, and we are also exploring ways to reduce shipping times and costs for international customers. Your feedback is incredibly valuable in helping us improve.

Again, we apologise sincerely for the frustration this has caused. If there is anything further we can do at this stage, please don’t hesitate to reply.
