You are correct: our return address is in China because our fulfilment centre is based there, even though some orders are shipped from other locations for faster delivery. We understand how confusing and inconvenient it can be to ship an item back internationally – especially when you only wanted a smaller size.

We do not want you to be unhappy with your purchase. While we can’t change our return logistics, we would like to offer you a practical alternative:

Keep the shirt and we’ll give you a 20% discount on a new order in the correct size – so you can get the right fit without the hassle of returning.

If you still prefer to return, we can provide our return address and instructions, but please note that return shipping and any customs fees would be your responsibility.

We also recommend checking our size chart carefully before ordering – we are reviewing how to make it clearer for international customers to avoid this issue in the future.

Sizing: You are absolutely right to point out that our button-down shirts and t-shirts fit differently. Our t-shirts are designed with a unisex, relaxed fit, which can sometimes run larger than expected. We appreciate your feedback on this and will review our size chart to make it clearer for future customers.

Return and refund: We apologise for the confusion and frustration you experienced when trying to return the items. You are correct that our policy states returns are accepted. However, international return shipping can indeed be expensive, and we should have communicated this more clearly at the time of your purchase. Our intention with the 30% discount offer was to provide an alternative that would save you the cost and hassle of returning the items – but we fully understand your preference for a return and refund, and we should have respected that from the start. We use polyester on this particular design because it holds vibrant colours exceptionally well and resists fading over time, which allows us to create the bold, eye‑catching prints that you liked. That said, we absolutely hear your point – cotton would offer a more natural feel, and we agree it would be a great option even at a slightly higher price.

For customers who prefer natural fabrics, we do offer a 100% cotton washed collection – it's softer, breathable, and has a more relaxed feel. If you're interested, we'd be happy to point you towards those styles or share a direct link.
