Thank you for your review. We're truly sorry to hear that the two XL tank tops you received were different sizes – especially after you carefully measured yourself and followed our size chart. That’s understandably frustrating, and we apologise for that.

We also agree that offering only a 20% discount for a product issue wasn’t the right approach – we should have done better.

Here’s what likely happened: we recently switched fabric suppliers for this style, and the new material has a slightly different weight and stretch. As a result, the final measurements between the two production batches turned out slightly different – even though both are labelled XL. This is not acceptable to us, and we're already reviewing our quality control to prevent it from happening again.

To resolve your specific case, could you please reply with your order number (or email used at checkout)? Our team will look into your order, verify the batch, and work with you directly to find a fair solution.

I would like to clarify: the "fast shipping" you selected refers to the shipping method once the package is dispatched (e.g., express courier). However, all our items are made to order, and the production process typically takes 5–7 business days before the order can be shipped.
