In the current times, I was hesitant buying through a company with no PayPal option, after much research on the company, set up, ABN, reviews and the product I decided on the FitBoutique Ivory Reformer….I could not be happier.
The team at FitBoutique are fantastic, delivery was prompt (rural Qld), customer service is excellent, quick and friendly response’s to any enquires, and the bonus 2 months free access to classes and site is great.

As a first time Pilates user who is 60 plus years old, I wanted to ensure continued joint mobility and strength training, my reformer exceeds my expectations and the convenience of accessing classes / equipment when ever I want is not only convenient, but I feel ensures I jump on my machine regularly.

I would not hesitate in recommending purchasing through FitBoutique, do yourself a favour and start your health and mindfulness journey today.

The updates on the arrival time were great. Ayrah was fantastic helping me decide which reformer to choose to meet my needs. Ayrah was also fabulous post delivery, answering some questions about my reformer.

Very poor experience. Reformer dropped on driveway (inside crate, left out in the rain) with no warning and while we were home, with no attempt to bring it inside the house. Fitboutique blamed this on the delivery contractor (their contractor, not ours) and refused to return to fix the problem, just washed their hands of it unless we agreed to pay them extra.

Delivery experience was quick and seamless. The quality of my reformer is excellent, started using it right away, just like using an in-studio reformer.

Good quality reformer, but important to set expectations:

Delivery took ~2 months and required follow-up. There was no clear delivery notice or day-of notification.

The reformer arrives in a wooden crate and requires full self-unboxing using tools (e.g. screwdriver/hammer). This uses commercial-style crate pins (more typical for freight), so it’s not straightforward — you’ll need to be quite handy or have access to someone who is, plus at least 2 people to lift it out. No installation or placement service is included.

I only received unboxing instructions (e.g. removing crate pins) after reaching out to them directly, so this isn’t provided upfront.

Worth knowing in advance so you can plan accordingly.

Communication was great, delivery was quick, product is first class.

I replied to a task & was assigned that task on Airtasker by "Fit Boutique" in St Kilda, Victoria.

I was in contact with the same person and not a team of people
The task from "Fit Boutique* was to go out to Wembley, Perth in WA were they shipped a reformer & the customer was having issue or issues with it.
The customer plus myself could feel it was NOT smooth and we both could feel bumps when using the reformer.
After I spending about an hour trying to fix this issue with the reformer it was total clear it couldn't be fix,the customer showed me the passed 4 months emails and messages they had been sending " Fit Boutique" trying to get something sort out with them with no luck.

After I attended this task from Airtasker & over the next 18 days required the payment for this task to be released 3 times from "Fit Boutique"
It was never released (the payment was $100)

8 months later from when I attended this task for "Fit Boutique" I posted a review on here.

15mins after posting the above review Fit Boutique texted my phone 3 times plus called my phone 5 times all with in 30mims after this post when up.

" I don’t personally manage this account.
"I have a VA."
"Are you able to remove the review."
"I’ll add in extra money for this whole mixup."
"I will release payment now"

Delivery was very quick! Set up instructions were a little unclear but we worked it out. It may have helped to have a link to video instructions for those who prefer visual instructions. Reformer itself is amazing and sturdy. I have started the complimentary two month Pilates Project App access and happy with the intensity of the workouts. The team were also very responsive to some Enquiries I made initially after purchasing the reformer. Highly recommend Fit Boutique.

Super good customer service very prompt with emails. Explained what I was getting. I wanted to delay my shipment as I was away on holidays so when I got back I could be home for pick up. They did that with no worries
Asked a question about my ropes for my Pilates machine and they sent me thicker ones without even asking and made it super simple.The box that the Pilates machine came in was super strong made out of wood so no way of getting it damaged. highly recommend.

I recently purchased the Onyx Reformer and the reformer is absolutely perfect and the customer service was absolutely fantastic. They are very responsive and went above and beyond. 100% recommend!
