Awesome programs very well explained. Also with a lot of great extra material (HIIT training, nutrion etc.). In my opinion Adams programs are the best of the best!! Highly recommendable !!!

Great programs, responsive service
I purchased the Muscle Builder Program (Intermediate) and I couldn't be happier with it. The programs are clearly laid out, include demo videos, and Adam responded within 24 hours when I had a question about an exercise substitution. I'm in the best shape of my life and got do these workouts even when I travel.

In-depth programme
In-depth programme, with a lot of video content to hone technique. Videos are very well produced and Adam has a motivating no nonsense approach.

Great TRX training programs. Clear workout routines, instructional videos for each exercise, tons of extra content. Adam knows what he is talking about and these programs WORK.

Loving the band program
Loving the band program. Can do it anywhere but it still hurts like hell!
Going travelling for a few months in augustus and I can easily bring this and workout whenever & wherever!

Love it! Use a TRX anywhere in the world.
I love the programs that Adam has created for TRX training. I have been able to use his programs all around the world as I have been traveling. Excellent stuff!

I absolutely love the fitness freedom…
I absolutely love the fitness freedom programs. I’ve used 2 of them extensively and have seen awesome results. They are well thought out, with great supporting resources and instructions. You won’t go wrong with them!
