The educators made me feel welcome
The educators made me feel welcome, safe and relaxed. Lovely light and positive energy from both JP and Teresa.
It wasn't a death by slide kinda course (these were provided pre session) which I like as it kept me more alert and more information absorbent. This I felt made the day go super quick.
All questions were welcome, even those that challenged the topic content. This allowed open discussion and a deeper understanding of the content.
The only thing I would say on a negative, is that the room needed to be bigger for the amount of attendees. I didn't feel there was enough room for some of the more practical elements of the course.
Toilets were easy to find but would have been nice to have had a quick brief of facilities near by before the start.
Location was good for me as a short walk from CX and lots of amenities near by.

I have been with FitPro for almost 7…
I have been with FitPro for almost 7 years and their customer service has usually been outstanding.
I have just renewed my insurance with them however and their communication is seriously lacking, I have not had any certificate issued (which is needed for proof in a new job), I have proof of payment, there is no way of calling as the 'inbox' is full and I have had no response to any emails. This is really disappointing and not at all how the company used to operate.

Over a week to speak. Where are customer service?
I'm not sure my insurance is the right one and I've tried for a whole week to try and speak with one of the team but to no avail. Leave a message saya the automated answer machine.. I've left at least 4. It's very frustrating to say this least. I'm surprised as I've never experienced these problems in the past.

Usually ok, just a poor experience this time
Didn’t send my insurance certificate despite taking direct debit for the last 2 months. However, quickly resolved and usually have no problems with Fitpro. Just this occasion, communication has been poor.

Thank you for your feedback. We have investigated and it would appear that, due to a glitch in the system your policy did not automatically roll-over (as it should have done). Unfortunately, due to the high volume of policies we manage, we only became aware of the problem once you contacted us. However, once made aware, we were able to quickly resolve the matter and send out your documents.
To confirm, as you were paying the premiums continually, there was no break in your cover.
