Had a repair don to my car
Had a repair don to my car, since receiving it back the auto stop/start feature doesnt work anymore. No reply from emails and the phone line says its currently closed.

Communication was very
Communication was very, very poor and the customer services experience with Owain was extremely negative and frustrating with emails unanswered and phone calls not responded to. He repeatedly failed to provide updates on the repairs to our car and and fell short of what should normally be expected.
The manager, John, was excellent and matters improved when he became aware of the problems and personally supervised matters.
The actual repairs, although taking approximately 3 weeks, were satisfactory.
Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this company.

Poor Customer Service
I have no issue with the repair to my car, it is perfect. What annoys me is being told that a scratched bumper and a new light cluster would be repaired and my car returned to me in and I quote "Three calendar days" and then being without my car for exactly 21 days!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS
My car was taken in for repair after an extensive wait, returned to me in a disgusting state- drivers side full of mud as if it had been on farmland for 3 weeks. No attempt at cleaning the mess made. Attempted a repair to a crack in back bumper-it is clearly obvious this has been prepped and primed as part of a repair however they did not complete and they have chipped all the paint in back bumper too. They have not taken any responsibility and claim they have undertaken no work to the back of the car. I have photographs and videos of the car before and after to prove otherwise. Currently seeking legal advice against these cowboys. Avoid at all costs.

absolutely shocking experience never ever will i rate fix auto and advice people to stay well clear you put your car in fix auto and you will never see it again also repair job not up to standard one star given is to much even informed my insurers of the problems with fix auto

Took several weeks to get car repaired only to get car back poorly repaired, noticeable filler lines, runs in lacquer and over spray over plastics..
