No problem repairs. Contacted me within an hour of reporting the accident to the insurance company. Kept me informed at each step and a week prior to the vehicles return they give me an estimate on work completion date,

Poor customer service
Poor customer service, very slow. I was originally told two days for the work to be completed, it has now been two weeks and I still don't have the vehicle back. You receive no progress updates, and I can't get through to reception so have no ability to check if they even still have my car. Avoid this garage
Update: in response to your reply, I didn't receive a single outgoing call from yourselves until the repair was finished, I only ever received an update when I chased for one, after each deadline passed with no communication. On one occasion you told me you would ring back in 5 minutes after checking on progress, but didn't do so resulting in me calling again the next day.
Despite this, I will note the work completed, while taking a long time to complete (3 weeks to spray 3 panels and change a wheel) was of a high standard.

My car went in to be repaired after a…
My car went in to be repaired after a bump. All sensors working perfectly fine. It came back none of the sensors working and the bumper a slightly different colour to my car. The garage wouldn't take responsibility so now im waiting for my insurance to come out and have a look at it. Would never go back

Extremely disorganised, waited 4 days four courtesy vehicle. The repair does look to be to a high standard however.

After having a car accident
After having a car accident in December Fix Auto from Aberdare carried out the repairs. they provided an excellent service throughout the period my car was being repaired. The repair was of an exceptionally high standard very pleased with the result. Had one small issue which they rectified without any hesitation. I would highly recommend them and can't thank them enough for what they did.
