I had tried several jewellery to get my watch fixed , they said get rid of and buy new ..but I cherish this watch. An email to yourselves and it was collected and returned in w weeks very happy with the outcome plus a guarantee .. all I can say is thankyou a vert happy customer

First time I used this firm, I did send my wives watch to be repaired and was pleasantly surprised with the price compared with buying a new one also the communication was fantastic, they informed me about the progress at every step, collection and delivery was first class, I definately will be using them if my own watch need repairing, well done!!!

I was given a watch by my late Grandad before he sadly passed away in January. I made it my mission to wear it with pride. Sadly after taking it to a local shop who can replace batteries etc, they confirmed the watch had a battery inside which had leaked. Due to standing for a number of years it also had no pulse and was told it was beyond repair.
I was extremely saddened to hear this as it was very sentimental. So, I gave the internet a search and came across FixMyWatch.
I had explained to Jodie their customer service administrator the situation via email. She was very helpful in explaining and organising my repair. I have received the watch back today in complete working order, packaged perfectly, warrantied, and the quickest turnaround ever!

I was given the amount payable up front for all repairs etc and this was payable on completion.
Rather worrying to send off your valued piece, but you are kept up to date throughout, so no need to worry.

The quality of the watch service is excellent. My watch has come back like new. I’ve had my Tag as a daily wearer for 10 years and it’s now like when I first got it. Also the customer service is incredible. I needed a quicker turn around as I’m going away tomorrow and my watch was turned around in 2 weeks instead of 3 to get it back to me on time. The first full service on my Tag Heuer in over 25 years. Quoted over £400 by a TAG jeweller, £235 with Fixmywatch. All the problems fixed, new battery installed and case resealed to spec., plus they even polished the case and bracelet, something I wasn't expecting.
Warranty card and velvet pouch on return.
Very pleased to have my cherished timepiece back.
