Ware nicht gleich wie abgebildet und minderwertig. Betrug!
Sehr lange Lieferzeiten 2 Wochen oder mehr.
Rücksendung mit extrem hohen Kosten. Katastrophe! Hatte für die DHL Retoure 2 kg Paket 45€ Versand bezahlt.
Es werden Gebühren von 10$ pro Artikel abgezogen, Zollgebühren sollen selbst getragen werden. Vorher wird aber darüber nicht informiert obwohl ich nach den Kosten gefragt hatte.
Keine E-Mail Adress Angaben über den Empfänger. Kundenservice keine Hilfe!
Wenn man darum bittet, ihre eigene Lagerhalle für Retouren in China zu kontaktieren damit die Paketverfolgung und Zollkostenzahlung reibungslos läuft, wird man im Stich gelassen. Normalerweise zahlt der Empfänger die Zollkosten und dann wird diese vom Erstattungsbetrag abgezogen. Das sind ca. 10-30% des Gesamtwertes.
Wahrscheinlich wird das Paket an mich zurückgeschickt und dann sitze ich auf meine eigene Kosten. Seit einem Monat ist das Paket noch nicht beim Empfänger angekommen!!!!

Warranty processing: top-notch
The consultation and handling of the warranty claim by Fjorden was quick and problem-free. The handle arrived at customs in Leipzig within two days. Only the customs processing took a week. In summary, Fjorden's handling of the claim was absolutely top-notch!

Don't bother with returns ...
UPDATE (1 month after the first review was written):
After several rounds of email exchanges and them admitting that they had never experienced such a situation before (a local courier was not able - due to their policy - to deliver a return package to an address inside an airport), they refunded the whole amount without further questions asked.
Unless you know that you want to keep the products ordered, it's maybe fine, but otherwise don't bother.
Their return procedure is an absolute nightmare: they use unmanned forwarding addresses of a Hong Kong based Chinese logistics company (review score of 2.9) that are located inside restricted areas (airport) to which normal courier companies do not deliver. Even if your home address is in one country, the address you have to return the package to may be in a completely different country, because the actual return address will be anyway Hong Kong.
Anyway, the 'company' seems to be just a bunch of people organizing everything via email from different parts of the world. There is no real office behind the physical address of the company (in Amsterdam), ordered products are shipped out from China and - as described above - use proxy addresses everywhere else to forward returns directly back to China. No one ever picked up the phone under the contact phone number stated on the return shipping label.
When I reported this to their customer 'service' (just another person with an email address located anywhere in the world), they seemingly didn't even read the replies from the local forwarder company and insisted that everything was fine.
As for their products itself: I was not convinced. The Moment T-Series lense made a good impression, however the adapter to attach the lens looked not strong enough (hard plastic) to endure regular usage over months and years. Therefore I decided to return the things, which ended up in an endless exchange of emails without any satisfactory result ...
Quick response/Resolving Issues
After seeing the device online. Immediately I fell for it, unfortunately I encountered an issues with it, I contacted Fjorden concerning the situation and promptly they replied with a generous offer which was a surprise to me but I greatly appreciate it, now I can enjoy the true comfort of photography once again as the summer approaches
Product and Support is very good!
Response is two fold: Having seen the product advertised on Social Media, it definitely appealed to me as I was planning a month long trip abroad and the Canon gear was becoming a bit too much to lug around the planet. So far, I am not disappointed. The Leica App is kinda neat though I am still learning to use it. As for the grip, it smaller than I expected and fits nicely into the provided iPhone cover. The case could use an upgrade to more grip as it tends to be a bit slippery.
The order process was seamless although it took a week to fill the order and ship from HK. On its way to the US, the carrier was snagged with a Customs Exception and everything went dark - Thanks DHL! Fjorden Tech support was amazing and provided clarity and support through the entire process.

Ich stehe im Moment im Kontakt mit der Firma, weil die mir den komplett falschen Artikel geliefert haben und behaupten es wäre der von mir bestellte Artikel… er ähnelt nicht mal annähernd dem von mir bestellten Artikel außer die Farbe, die passt… ich werde den Artikel zurückschicken aber nicht auf meine Kosten!!!!

Lange Lieferzeiten, richtig schlechte Qualität und man muss Rückversand und 10€ Bearbeitungsgebühr pro Artikel bezahlen. Leider vorab diese Bewertungen nicht gelesen. Dort bloß nichts kaufen!!!

Minderwertigste Ware zu überhöhten Preisen. Habe 2 Paar Schuhe bestellt, bei einem Paar hat sich nach einer Woche die Sohle abgelöst, beim anderen Paar nach 2 Wochen. Einfach nur teurer Müll.

A blueprint of how customer service should function. For som obscure reasons my Fjorden grip broke. It took me only one short mail explaining what happened and what the damage looks like, Within a few hours l received an answer that of course they will replace the damaged part and send it to my preferred address. The shipment was there within a week and l am back shooting my stills with my Fjorden grip. Thank you Fjorden and thank you Christelle . Looking forward to your next gadget you guys will invent and produce. Keep it up!!!
