I’ve had good and bad experience. Arnell in the 90 dwy department is by far the rudest person I have ever spoken to. He try to put base in his voice but that scares no one, especially not me. You tell him you’re sending a payment give you about an hr or so. He’ll call you 10x like he the owner of Flagship. Dude just rude. Other than that, you have some ppl who like to work with you when you’re having a financial hardship. Government Shutdown

customer service suck they will get an attitude with you when you try to ask a question, then they won't return your call but will call you when you missed a payment over and over and over again. They don't give you any notice.

Could not give 0 stars. This lender ruined my life, The parking authority took my car due to unpaid tickets on a Monday 2024. (tickets were from when I was like 19, 20 not from this car) . I worked out a deal with the parking authority, they told me they would set me up with a payment plan and I could get the car on Friday. I called Flagship to make them aware of the situation. Friday comes around and I head to the parking authority to pick up the car , I'm told my car is not on the lot and I have no tickets. Supposedly flagship picked up the car and paid every ticket I've ever had in my life totaling to over $6500 . Called flagship and they said they didn't know if i was " really" going to pick up the car and also said they didn't have to call me. Why would you do that if i called to let you know I was going to pick the car up? Flagship wanted their money back from paying the tickets in order to get the car back. I had to drop out of nursing school and also lost my job due to this situation. I now have my BSN and I'm going to sue to hell out of them. Very cruel and unethical company .

This company may play nice with car dealerships, but my experience was terrible with regard to release of lien after I paid off my loan in April. I am still waiting. They refused to tell me whether they would overnight the clear title using my Fedex account. Just yesterday, a bill of sale between $15,000 to $20,000 was cancelled by the buyer because of the delays in the lien release. Customer service can't even talk to the Title Release department, they can only send emails. I sent an overnight Fedex to the CEO Robert Hurzler complaining about the delays and basically begging him to get the Title release.
By Colorado statute, lenders have to release Titles within 20 days after payoff. I'm still waiting as of May 9. What is wrong with these people? What purpose does it serve their business to slow-walk Title Releases? Why do they consider it acceptable to never respond to emails?
Updated - finally I was able to get the Title and sell the car via a notarized agent as it didn't arrive in time to sell the car before I moved. I see Flagship now suggests I contact a different email address, it is too late for that. The last thing I want to do is to ever speak with this organization again.

This company is fraudulent!!!! They operate immorally and if people don't speak up, they will continue to do so. The customer service department never email back. Take your case to the BBB because they need to know how this company is operating by taking loan payments and applying it all to interest and none to the principal. It is a scam and they have been getting away with it for so long. Taking advantage of people with low credit scores and go figure if the credit score is low the person is already struggling and can't afford to pay this company + the cost of the vehicle. I paid for 2 other vehicles through reputable finance companies and I had a lower score then. I paid both vehicles off in 3 years and had them both for 5 years each until the wheels fell off. Not to mention, they will repo the car so they can secure that people will pay them their inflated swindle amount and still ruin your credit and put your misfortune on their budgetary financial gain. if anyone else is on this site, I recommend going to the BBB to expose this company or go to your local state office and file a complaint ONCE AND FOR ALL! If you go to there FB page, you will not see any customer reviews because there aren't any good ones!

Very poor service always calling from 1-800 numbers I’m not sure whom runs there processing department but it seems my bill never goes down an I have proof they cash my checks Company is ran by crooks and this company needs to be shut down

Got in an accident, lost my job, became disabled and didn't receive regular payment statements after filling out a forwarding address form with the post office. Someone came and repossessed the car in the middle of the night and Flagship not willing to work with me. I will never do business with them again.

Where to start. Wife paid bill on time all 2020. January 2021 she got a cansor diagnosis. In April had her surgery, still paid up. In May she broke her back. She called in May and tried to get me on her account. They said we had to sent a paper in, no problem with security. Never got told if they got it. I called in and was turned down. She called back and asked to pay in June. Now since she broke her back ether me my son had to hold the phone, this time it was my son. My son who is autistic heard form the Flagship rep how she needed to go sell herself on the corner. They picked up the car and sold it two days later. Sold the car, did not count the $8,000 paid. Now even chraging $1000 more than the loan.

I have contacted FTC because I told Flagship for months and months to put me on a do not call list (FOURTEEN times,) and they RELENTLESSLY continued to call. I have already complained to FTC because I started to RECORD the phone calls of me asking them to cease and desist and put me on the DNC and they have not done so. Then they start making flowery responses to me on the review sites where I gave them one star reviews (amazing how THAT got their attention right away when my pleas to stop the incessant calls fell on deaf ears otherwise.) UPDATE 3:15 August 28th, yet ANOTHER call from Flagship. So now we are up to 15 times I have asked to be placed on the DNC list. Screen shots of them on caller ID too. Timestamped MONTHS after I asked to be removed.

This company is nothing short of being a predatory lender. I bought a car that got financed w an egregious apr. nothing compares to the $139 late fee that went up from $69. Beware beware beware. They already had a lawsuit in 2021 for not having proper phone practices so another won’t be to far behind. I pay $700 a month for a $22k car. Everyone should file complaints w their states attorney general ( that’s how lawsuits from states get started)

when i was calling in to make my payments over the phone the people that was taking my info on several different payments were using my debit card for personal use for ubers and restaurants. it took me a year to figure out who was getting my info and how. so after changing debit cards several times and mentioning it to the supposed to be manager, they were supposed to defer 2 payments i didnt pay because of the stealing. they never defered the payments and repoed my truck. stay away from this company they suck and everyone steals.

Worst company ever! They over charged me for my refinancing costing me more then what I previously owed for my car on top of throwing extra warranties on the car that wasn’t worth anything that I requested multiple times to be removed. I also made multiple request on deferments when dealing with health crisis that affected my financial and they lied about it all . Very biased and unprofessional workers so nobody did their job accurately because they were too busy trying to protect each other and go after the customer. Multiple investigations were requested they never return any calls or communication unless they are trying to harass you for a payment while incorrectly reporting to credit bureau. Then manipulating my account to cause making payments a more difficult challenge.
