Completely horrible company that harasses people and doesnt verify phone numbers. Wouldnt recommend this company to my worst enemy.

This company is a liar so if you use…

This company is a liar so if you use them keep everything and record every talk no matter what it is. They refuse to honor my agreement with them saying I didn’t pay the last payment. Since I didn’t have any written or recorded proof I didn’t have a leg to stand in even though I asked for their record bc they say they record every phone call. They conveniently couldn’t find my recordings. Then after I paid the loan off I asked that since it was my ex wife’s account since she won the car in the divorce if they would remove it from my credit file and they agreed. To this day they still haven’t removed it so yet another lie. So again keep every piece of paper and record every phone call and insist on getting any agreements in writing or you won’t agree. It’s the only way to protect yourself from this company of liars.

absolute WORST company ever

absolute WORST company ever! every time you call in to speak with someone, there is a different answer...NEVER consistent! at this point i would rather a repo than to continue dealing this company!

"I fell behind on my payments and…

"I fell behind on my payments and scheduled a payment with Flagship. However, to my surprise, they canceled the payment without notifying me and repossessed my car. Even though I had the money and had scheduled the payment, I'm now stuck with extra repo fees on top of my normal payment. I must say that this company is a bottom-feeder loan company, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone, not even my worst enemy. I'm looking forward to paying off my loan and NEVER dealing with them again. It's best to avoid them at all costs!"

I took this company 24 hours to cost me…

I took this company 24 hours to cost me 2 jobs, because of there error. I was advised since I was unemployed for the month of Oct 2023, I was placed on the payment plan of $20.00 every 2 weeks. I made those payment as agreed. Tuesday evening, my car was Repo'd. I called and was given the a lie reason, that my payment was late by 1day. Not my fault there system processed it late. Then I spoke to a supervisor and was told a different story. In total I spoke to 4 different Reps 2 of them managers, 4 different story's. They wanted a total of $840.00 to obtain the car back. Now how am I suppose to do that when I lost both of my job in one day.

Got a call to make arrangements to take payment out and they never took the payment out. Tried calling but can not get anyone just dang recording so I can at least get my account number and still no help

Absolutely HORRIBLE

Absolutely HORRIBLE! The online system rarely works, they make you jump through hoops just to make a payment with the intent of charging overdue fees because you were simply unable to get their system to take basic information. Phone calls to customer service are greeted by out of country operators with no access to fix a complaint other than to have a paper form mailed to your address that you can fill in and return.
Nothing more than a company out to get your money and provide no real service!

Working with this company to get my proof of payoff

Working with this company to get my loan was great. However, I paid my car off and trying to contact this company to get proof of my pay off was REDICULOUS. can't get them on the.phone without an account number and since my account is closed now I don't have one to put in so they won't connect me to anyone. Same with the chat feature. I had to send an email. How frustrating. Not very customer friendly at all. Would not use them again just because of this issue.

I’m writing because my husband’s credit…

I’m writing because my husband’s credit report has not been reported since the month of April. I understand that his account has not always been in good standing but he has worked hard to get it caught up and we even paid ahead. He has called numerous times explaining this situation and that he needs his report updated with the current history, balance, and has gotten completely no where. We recently made a move out of state and recently tried purchasing a home but because flagship failed to help him as a customer in anyway with updating his credit file. Our home fell out of escrow because his credit file still shows him in bad standings. This is completely unacceptable and such horrible customer service! He has reached out more times then I cant over the last 3-4 weeks and every single time is told we are working on it. This is the worst customer service we have ever experienced and very irritated that this happened. My husband and I now have to start our home buying adventure all over again because of this. I’m hoping this email reaches someone of high authority and is resolved in a very fast and timely matter because we will not stop calling or writing or disputing any if this until its resolved.
UPDATE: sent the email like I was told to which yet again received nothing back. My husband also emailed two days ago and he too got zero response. This company is a joke and beyond ridiculous. Absolutely the WORST customer service. It’s amazing how quick they are to report late payments but when your caught up take months to report. This company needs to be shut down. It’s no wonder they are rated a 1.4.
Update # 2: To your response I am authorized on the account. Both of us have tried numerous times to fix this matter to which all we would receive is we are working on it. Highly doubt it takes a month. Again do better for your customers.

Stay away from this company

I purchased my truck in December of 22, it is now June of 23. Constantly emailing and calling this company to get a title to register the vehicle I have already made 4 payments on. Never any record of receiving the email or the letter my county tax office mailed to them. Now looking into poking the bear with an attorney

I am a new customer I have been trying…

I am a new customer I have been trying to set up the portal but it keeps saying the account number is wrong and I can't make a payment on the phone line.
That is not how customer service should work. I got a guy who was telling me I could not pay of my loan early .. called the bbb and they says I can .. sad.

Should it take three years to receive a title after paying off car loan???

For over two years, my loan has been paid off, and I can't receive my title because a company they bought the loan from (their company in 2016, Car Finance Capital) will not send a "paid in full letter" on their letter head so the SOS can issue my title for a fee. This company is the worst ever. It shouldn't take over three years to obtain a title after pay off!! iI have forwarded to that email and still zero response.

No chance of refinance, received this company from car dealership and didn't know what I was getting myself into. This company added covid to my credit report why?

Most Unprofessional Lender - Stay Away

They are rude, unprofessional and will harass you daily if you get behind. And when I say harass daily, I mean 5 to 6 calls daily at a minimum and they will tell you they will not stop until they get the payment, they don't care about any reasoning so don't Botter. Stay away and look for a more professional option

Terrible!

I wish that I did not even have to give a 1 star. I was told that I would be receiving a $400 overpayment when I received a $4 check in the mail. I have called several times to inquire about this and they confirmed I would be getting the $400, but never to any avail. It is completely unacceptable. The customer service and support is terrible. I highly suggest never using this company.

I had an auto loan through Flagship…

I had an auto loan through Flagship Credit Acceptance.. I since had refinanced my car and requested the pay off letter .. I called several times and every time I got a different response, also .. I asked for a manager.. no one was ever available and did not get a call back !!! I have also emailed customer service and no response either !!! Extremely poor customer service !!! No one should use this business !!! Horrible !!!!

This company does not want you to be proactive

I tried calling several days before my payment due date because I knew I wasn't going to be able to make my payment due to being laid off. They tell me to call back the day after my payment due date because it's not late yet. Which I was trying to be proactive but I guess that's a bad thing. So, I call the day after as advised and I let them know that I need to defer the payment for the month which I am then told to call back in 2 weeks or when my payment is 10 or more days late because a deferment would not be approved if the payment isn't more than 10 days late. I explained extensively why I needed the deferment each time I called and each time I was still asked why. After, just explaining why. I am now in the waiting period so it is not quite time for me to call them back as they advised that I can't call back and ask for a deferment until my payment is more than 10 days late. However, even though they notated my account with these notes they are still calling me non-stop about making a payment. My situation didn't change from the last time I called and if it had I would've called and informed them. I have a great payment history and I always call if an issue comes up. My irritation with them is that I try to be proactive since I know what my own personal financial situation is and then I'm told to wait with them notating my account with this information and still continuing to harass me. Further more I called this morning and I explained that I had been laid off and the rep asked me why I was laid off. Does it matter why I was laid off being laid off means that I was let go beyond anything in my control. Your reps are intrusive and rude and there was no need for them to argue with me or demand to know why I was laid off. I cannot believe the attitude that I encountered. This was the first time that I had a rep be so incredibly rude to me.
