I’ve called the customer service line and every time I talk to a person I get different answers. There’s no consistency. The Customerservice department is not on the same page so it makes it difficult to accomplish, what I need.

ATM Ate my card and a check I was depositing. Been 30 days and still no progess on processing the check despite branch personnel actually having the check in their posession. Each call to customer service you speak to a new representative who makes up the policies as thay go. The day it happened I was told a provisional credit would be applied to my accout but that never happened.The ATM is in the branch by the way, their machine in their branch.
Kept trying to log into my account
Kept trying to log into my account. It sent me a passcode two different times, I used the passcode and it locked me out of my account. I want to log in so I can set up autopay.
What a pain in the ass!
I am trying to create my brand new account and trying to login so that I can make my first payment. For whatever reason I can’t login and this is turning into a huge pain in my butt that I do not have time for! This is ridiculous. Your customer service rep was supposed to send me an email to reset my password which I never received. So I chose to reset my password on my own and I still can’t get into my account. I guess you guys don’t want your money that bad.

Terrible Company
Let me start with, I would give them 0 stars.
Paid off loan over 10 weeks ago and can't get a lien release from them. Customer service is terrible. They keep telling you it will be handled but nothing is being done. Do not use them!

Helping with an extension
Very helpful and show concern in regards to my situation and went out of his way to explain to me the process in regards to getting an extension while I make arrangements to care for a loved one's medical needs.

I am in need of talking to an actual human..so where is your customer service? I have a phone number that keeps u in a constant loop..the acct number I have isn't correct obvious..and its from a letter you printed it on to me to confirm a payoff. Frustrating.

This company sucks
This company sucks. First you can’t get someone who actually speaks English as a first language. They told us our son is not currently on active duty. He’s in between the UAE and Iran on an Aircraft Carrier. They want him to call them. Apparently they don’t understand how a war works. I would advise against ever using this company

This company is the worst !
This company is the worst !! I have had my vehicle paid off since August of 2024 and I have been having problems with getting the lien removed off the title so I cant get a clean title nor sell the vehicle. I have contacted them multiple times and tried to explain this but for one, you cant understand any of their foreign customer service workers, I cant lig in to my account cause its closed, they emailed me and sent a hard copy of supposedly the lien release letter but the DMV will not except it as a verified document because it doesnt have a notarized signature on it. I keep telling them this over and over but the issue is not being resolved so im stuck with a vehicle I cant do anything with . Do not get in bed with this lender, run away and run away fast!!!!!!

Won't let me do less than 1 its been 2 months calling this bank and having the dmv send it request for a title state change and they haven't processed it they have mailed emailed and faxed 3 times already nothing has been done when we call they hang up they never answer and they give so much attitude leave u on hold or end up disconnecting I've worked for a bank and this bank is horrible their procedures and policy is mind-boggling

Really bad service
I have called customer service like 5 times to try to resolve my issue online and they escalate to tech support and I never hear back. You guys gotta do better. I have 2 cars financed with you
Update: I also want to mention I called again yesterday and still in the same boat. I have not been able to use the online account since i have had the car (december 2025) My online account shows locked and no one from Santander can access my account. I recently bought another car and still have the same issue. I am not sure what is so hard. They have requested to delete my account so that i can reregister. The support number you call do not have a way to transfer to a tech person or a supervisor. I never get a call back!!!! i am very upset about this.
