I ordered a Slade skate and…

I ordered a Slade skate and unfortunately the right rolling part was stucked to the shoe. I wrote an e-mail to the customer service and they replied really fast. They gave me tips how to fix the problem but unfortunately nothing worked so they sent me a shipping label to send back the broken shoe to France. After 2 days I received an e-mail that said they fixed it and they already shipped it back to a pickup point closest to my address. They responded me really fast and they were really helpful. I had a really pleasant experience with the customer service.

passer commande le 17 janvier 2025, pas de nouvelles de leurs parts avant le 18 juin 2025, cout paire de Jordan 235 euros- la customisation coute 180 euros pour que flaneurz me les renvoies avec 2 cm de décalage pour les platines d'accroche.
comment vous dire que je suis faché car je les ai contacté au moins 4 fois sans retour de leurs parts, a fuir par leurs incompétences.
mais je vais pas les lacher...

Suite à l'installation d'un nouveau logiciel interne, beaucoup d'emails se sont perdus sans que nous le sachions. Nous avons désormais résolu le problème et avons pu reprendre une communication rapide avec notre clientèle.

Just don't

Alright, I'm gonna keep it as short as I can, I ordered the custom offer they have, sent out my shoes didn't hear anything so I reached out, they were received and begun to work on them, I get the notice they have shipped, that's great! But thats where everything went wrong. The shoes landed and just got "lost" so I reached out to try and see what was going on, didn't hear anything for a little while, figured it was close to the holiday season so maybe things just got messed up, but no, never got my shoes, ended up getting a refund several months later, and they deleted my account, I really wanted to like them but my $100 shoes vanished, and they didn't care.
This was all because the didn't offer my size shoe too haha but yeah, I cannot recommend that anyone buys from them.

As soon as it became clear that the package could not be recovered, we issued a full refund for your order.

AVOID!!!!!

AVOID!!!!!! Never buy from this company — they really look like a scam. You pay €600 for a pair of skates and you will get the worst customer support imaginable. I placed my order back in May (for a standard model from their website, nothing custom-made), and I never heard back from them despite sending hundreds of emails. The only place they bothered to answer was Instagram.

When I finally received the skates, I had to send them back for a size exchange — at my own expense, of course. After that, complete silence again. Months later, they proposed a refund of only the skates as they had given me wrong information on the return. At this point, I’ve wasted a crazy amount of money, time, and patience.

This company only gives you stress. Totally unprofessional, unreliable, and not worth the risk. They are not even willing to correct their mistake by offering you to fix it but only to cancel your order or refund part of all these expenses you are going to pay.

Bad customer service

When I first ordered the skates I was very confused that I did not immediately get a shipping notification. After a week I wrote an email to ask about it. The response came two weeks later, the same day the shipping info finally came.

When the skates arrived, the key was missing. I immediately informed them, they did not reply. A few days after I texted them on instagram, they replied a few days later that they would take care of it. They did not.
Some two weeks of having the skates but not being able to use them as intended passed. I called them. I was told they would send the key. A few days later I got the shipping info. It did not work until TWO WEEKS LATER. At least then the key arrived. I texted them again, and a month later still no reply.

The wheels are not great. Had to replace them. And they are horrible to use for someone who is used to normal professional skates, they balance very weirdly, the break sits at a weird place. Ive used them a few times, changed tge wheels and I still feel like a sore beginner in them.

Not worth the hype or the money. Do not recommend.

Disappointed

Flaneurz is such a untrustworthy company. I spent over £400 on this product thinking it would be amazing. On the website it says 2-5 business days it’s now been about a month and I have no received the skates. I am deeply disappointed.

The 2-5 days that you saw are referring to the shipping times our transporter takes to deliver the parcel, once it has been dispatched after the 7-8 weeks processing time.

I ordered Slades on April 30th

I ordered Slades on April 30th, and as of today (May 19th), they still haven’t even been shipped, even though customer service told me they were supposed to be sent out "by April 16th at the latest."

In general, the website is misleading. It states a delivery time of 2–5 business days at every step of the ordering process, but it completely leaves out the additional 10 business days needed for production (which, in my case, have long since passed anyway). The website also features a kind of “chat,” but anyone expecting a real-time chat with quick responses will be disappointed. It’s more like sending an email — you have to wait several days for a reply.

Ich hab am 30.04. Slades bestellt, und bis jetzt (19.05.) wurden sie noch nicht einmal versendet, obwohl sie laut Kundenservice "Spätestens am 16.04." hätten verschickt werden sollen.
Generell ist die Website irreführend, da beim Bestellen überall die 2-5 Tage Werktage Lieferzeit stehen, die zusätzlichen 10 Werktage Produktionszeit werden aber weggelassen (die bei mir ja sowieso längst überschritten sind). Auch hat die Website eine Art "Chat" wer aber einen tatsächlichen Chat mit schnellen Antworten erwartet, wird hier enttäuscht. Es ist eher, als würde man eine Email schreiben, sodass man auf eine Antwort mehrere Tage warten muss.

"Free delivery" is a lie

"Free delivery" is completely misleading, as I was asked to pay a £40 duty tax fee to accept the delivery. I refused to pay this and instead asked for a refund on the whole order due to this but they kept £30 for delivery fees. Getting a refund through my credit card company instead, as Flaneurz refuse to arrange a full refund.

2 months still no product and No Response from Flaneurz

I order a pair of custom ready to roll skates 08/17/22, I paid close to $800+ between shoes, shipping, and custom skate package. I've reached out to Flaneurz over 10+ times, no one will respond to my emails. I tried using the chat service which is just an FAQ Bot that just asked you for your email and says someone will get back to you but the NEVER DO! All I can do is hope and pray that my package comes, it's now October 1st, 2022 and I still have yet to hear from them. I am filing a claim with the better business bureau and contacting my credit card company for a refund. It looks like a great product if you were actually ever to get it. I do not recommend at all.

Customer service did not help ast all

My daughter wanted these Skates for Christmas and I agreed to buy them. We were were looking for a coupon code to get a little discount for m the total for 273.00 USD, not cheap. The problem is that after we payed this amount my daughter found a free shipping code. This is a little over 2 days after the purchase, So I contact Customer Service to ask for this discount. I then receive a response that they were unable to due to the skates have been shipped. What the F. Lea said because the skates were shipped she could not do anything. Much to be surprise Customer service did not help. In addition the skate key to release the skate from the shoe was not in the box so the skates are just sitting there unused.
