I had an issue with a voucher and contacted the service desk. My problem was resolved in no time. The support was quick, efficient, and very helpful. Excellent service!

Just 15 out of 10. They responded very quickly to my request regarding checking delivery countries, and everything was corrected. Cyprus is now available for ordering. I made a mistake in the order, and they wrote to me and corrected everything themselves. Well, this is a gold standard of service, thank you.

FlashForge has always been very responsive. I have owned a few of your printers. Most recently purchased the AD5X. I have reserved 2 Creator 5 Pros on the Early Bird reservation. Looking forward to seeing how these will fit in with my 3D printing business.

Thank you for resolving my issue with my order. There was some difficulty connecting, but we got it taken care of!

CoCo went above and beyond my expectations! Resolving my problem took several emails. CoCo sent me test models to print and asked me to provide the model I was struggling with. I expected her to look at the gcode for problems, I did not expect her to print my three and a half hour,900 layer model ( evidenced by photos). In a world of chatbots I am really impressed by the human interaction and personal touch.

I had a question about the product I had recently reserved. They answered back quickly and gave me all the information that was needed for my question.

So far, my experience with the crew at Flash Forge has been excellent the support crew are right on the program with fast precise responses and are very friendly highly recommend their printers too as I have both the AD5M and AD5X both absolutely amazing could not be happier.

I purchased an AD5X from Flashforge, the printer is excellent however my IFS began to malfunction I contacted them yesterday and an advisor by the name of CoCo is sending me a new IFS unit. The printer is fantastic bar this fault and customer service thus far has been spot on if not incredible. Thank You Flashforge.

Customer service is very responsive and helpful

The AD5X is amazing and very easy to put together. My only thing is the miss leading of being able to use an iPad or mobile. You will need a laptop or desktop. And then you will be golden but product other than that is amazing well worth every penny you spend and building diy encloser is fun with the family
