Flashforge customer service was very helpful with questions about my printer.

An extremely smooth process with very clear communication thank you so much.

Was a little slow to get the first post, but after that they were on top of the request and was able to give me a discount retroactively due to delays on them giving me a shipping label for a trade-in 3d printer

My son saved all his pocket and birthday money and when he spotted the ad5x from Flashforge on sale he was so excited. I went to order and the discount code wouldn’t work so I contacted customer service. They were so helpful. Rina told me if I was happy to pay in full they would refund me the difference. I placed the order and by the next day I had the refund in my account and to my complete shock it was delivered in less then 24hrs. Wonderful service and a credit to the sales industry. You have made a 11year old so happy. When he came home from school and spotted it sitting on the table his face lit up like a Christmas tree.

My customer support agent “Rina” was absolutely the best in the industry. She made absolutely every solution to every issue I was having go super smooth. Even tho I was unable to cancel my order due to warehouse making an error I was able to get an excellent result nonetheless. Thank you again Rina for all the assistance and resolutions to my issues.

Flashforge did a great job with quick responses and complete answers to all my questions. They also did what they said they would do, no sneaky marketing tricks.

Among the other brands, I chose Flashforge as my first 3D printer. Even back in 2022, other brands showed signs of controversy and criticisms (lack of innovations or a growing proprietary ecosystem ).

Flashforge's 3D printers are becoming known as the best value for cost. (There's other brands that cost over $1k and still not have auto bed leveling.)

Flashforge's recent trade-in program was a good step towards customer relations. I was able to trade in my old (first) model for a newer modern one.

After submitting my trade-in request, customer service contacted me to verify some information. Within a couple of days, I got my trade-in approved with a shipping label.

Flashforge has been providing good service and I feel confident remaining with them for a long time.

Best customer service I have had in a long time. Quick to respond and quick to resolve my issue. I love shopping with Flashforge. We are on out second printer and will be back for more!

After being thoroughly satisfied with my 5M Pro, I opted to purchase an AD5X for multi color printing. Unfortunately, the unit couldn’t be set up, once delivered, due to an issue that prevented the bed from rising all the way up. The customer service was exceptional in setting up a return of my old unit and a shipment of a replacement unit. While the issue with the printer itself was a bit of a let down, I couldn’t be more pleased with how customer service, Rina in particular, was to deal with. Highly recommend.

Ho acquistato qualche mese fa una Adventurer 5M con due bobine di filamento PLA in omaggio.

Inizialmente ho avuto problemi con le stampe e nonostante l'assistenza del sito abbia sempre risposto, sono stato tentato di restituirla.

Dopo avermi inviato un nuovo ugello e piatto ho effettuato numerose stampe che per un neofita sono davvero eccezionali.

Vorrei solo sottolineare il fatto di fare attenzione a come arriva la stampante e nonostante l'ugello sia già inserito nella sua sede, di assicurarsi che sia effettivamente alloggiato bene.

Il mio problema e sorto per questo motivo.

In ogni caso lascio 5 stelle perché il prodotto funziona, il prezzo é ottimo e l'assistenza anche.

Had issues with shipping of the 3D printer and it was resolved.

Quick response and more than acceptable solution. I sought a trade-in, but my industrial unit did not qualify, but they still provided an offer to purchase a new Flashforge.

Excellent customer service, response time and follow up.
