Richard thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We would like to offer our apologies for the delivery delay. The reason for the delay was due to the Roastery being closed until the 10th, we did try to communicate this on our website with our customers but apologies if this wasn't clear.
We do pride ourselves on getting coffee to our customers as soon as possible but will endeavor to do better next time, enjoy the coffee.

Personal service
Arrived very quickly, product always so fresh. There is such a fantastic range of coffees from around the world. This delivery had a hand written note inside, it was so nice, it feels like like they actually care about their customers and are passionate about their product.
