I’m a bit of a coffee snob but when I first saw their coffee on the Help for Heroes website I went over to their website to give it a try. Bought the sampler (#2820) and am so impressed, much cheaper than what I had previously bought and just as good if not better. I asked it be ground for a cafetière and it was done perfect, brewed well with no powder at the bottom of my mug. Fantastic! Will certainly buy from again whenever I need great coffee.

We love their coffee (and fantastic customer service)! We have a subscription set up to receive a monthly supply - but it's also very easy to pause the subscription if you want to skip a delivery for any reason.

Normally when im out of the house ill visit a coffee shop as ive never been able to quite match it at home, that's pretty much stopped since I've had flat cap, we even tried Starbucks again recently and my wife said it didn't match up in quality.

I was looking around for local places and saw this was veteran owned and nearby, i ordered online as you cannot turn up and just buy some, the beans are that freshly roasted that it's a 24hr turn around after ordering.

I went for the flat cap own blend and it's phenomenal, by far some of the best coffee I've had. Plus I missed the opening hours to collect and the owner (without asking) dropped it to my house and even chucked in a small taster pack of Colombian for me.

Top notch service and quality, I'll be buying again shortly for sure.
