From the very beginning the customer service was brilliant, they set up a web demo and phone call for them to show me the system. No pressure to purchase at all.
The installation of the trackers was easy to organise and was done with minimum disruption to our engineers and lorry drivers.
What I like about the system itself is that is it a simple tracker system but with added depth. The information is there if you want to pull reports and various information but for the general view of where vehicles are it is clear and concise.
The after sales service is very good, with a web chat link on the tracker page itself. It's normally Gary who answers the web chat and he is always really helpful.
We are really happy with the product and the service we receive.

Absolutley love our company tracker system, we have 6 trackers in our company vehicles and I'm considering having one in my personal car.

I love how it shows you excessive speeding and cornering it helps to know where the vans are at all times and that times are being adhered to in customers premises.

Used other trackers systems before wouldn't change from fleetsmart now.

And efficient at putting new trackers in and deinstalling ones from old vans won't beat the prices either
