We have been using Fleetsmart for a good number of years now. During this time we have always found them extremely helpful, and quick to reply to any requests we might have. Their system is reliable, and affordable, and they are flexible in their terms and duration's of their agreements. Our vehicles are changed every three years, so the de-fit / re-fits are easily arranged and always straightforward.
They are a pleasure to work with, and their system is invaluable to our operation.

I was thinking of leaving these anyway as system is not the best i have used having used a few over the years. then a tracker in one of our vans started playing up, told them about it and they said i'd have to sign up for another year to get it looked at. went for it through pure laziness. engineer was booked to come so i arranged to have the van available but they just didn't turn up, i had to chase them up and was told 'the engineer got his diary mixed up'. great, so they told me a different day for the engineer to come 2 weeks later, annoying as had to arrange to have the van available again that day. this time I checked to make sure the engineers diary wasn't mixed up and they told me the day before that it wasn't now booked as I hadn't confirmed, which I had on the phone. by this point, I'm just a bit fed up and to top it off I have just signed up to another year!! good luck if you choose this company.

The booking was excellent - a week or two in advance and they turned up exactly when they said they would and did the job....if only life was this simple.....

Great desktop and phone tracking app. Good information at reasonable price.

Easy to use system, any issues and you can chat to an advisor on line who give help and guidance.

Loved the tracker numerous reports you can download from the data it collates. And very admin friendly easy to use. We have reluctantly had to leave Fleetsmart due to a new system change which only works with their own trackers. Would recommend Fleetsmart to anyone.
They didn't make it awkward for us to leave and were very helpful.

We have 15 vehicles using the tracking system. Always working great even up here in remoteness of North Wales. Only maybe 2 places we know where it doesn't work but in fairness nothing at all works in those areas. Great services and great customer services.

We have been a customer of Fleetsmart for a number of years. The system is easy to use and is very reliable. The support staff are fantastic and communication and customer service is first class. With their help and support our fleet is now running more efficiently than ever, which is vital due to ever increasing costs. Five star satisfaction rating from all our users.

Excellent system which locates vehicles to the exact spot. We had a range rover stolen and the police managed to retrieve it within 10 minutes. We have 17 vehicles on trackers with Fleet smart and we rely on there reports for time management and out of hours usage. I would highly recommend this system. Lee (MD)

The Fleetsmart system is fantastic! we have used other tracking systems, but this does everything you need it to do. worked straight away no hassel. lots of features and easy to use. designed and built by people that understand what the customer requires. technical support is very good and fast.

He assisted with my query, he was extremely professional, polite, helpful, patient and went the extra mile to assist me with my request, he ordered a tracker for me which was delivered within 24hours, really happy with service provided and would highly recommend fleetsmart

Gary has been a great support in getting reports set up and providing instructions on how to make changes to driver details etc.

i had an IT issue affecting my browser stored passwords so made use of the password change online and it all worked flawlessly
