We have used Fleetsmart for a number of years and it's fundamental to our every day business as well as helping with insurance premiums.
The support and response time for any queries or need of extra help is outstanding .

Service was great, Communication was quick and when had to change appointment due to engineer absent this was communicated in good time and alternative date was given straight away

The booking process was really easy and quick, just one email and one phone call. The engineer that was sent out really was fantastic - our job wasn't straight forward (our mistake!) but he went the extra mile to sort everything for us - and did it with a smile!

We use this company a lot to fit/de-fit trackers in our fleet. Very reliable company and good prices. Sales team are fast replying back with appointments and are very professional. Special shout out to Macey Todd.

Prompt efficient service. Arranegement for site visit to fit vehicle tracker made online, with excellent communication. Technician arrived promptly on the day in question, and made short work of fitting the relevant item. No issues, would reecommend.
