Flight scheduling was perfect for me. Valery heard all my requests and even added a suggestion that was a don't miss opportunity for me. She helped me with all my questions that included details of insurance and was always available when I needed

Nate has always been super helpful. We are looking forward to our holiday !

This was my first time booking through a travel agency, and I’m really glad I chose Flight Centre.

We were a group of 16 guys traveling together, which is not easy to organize, but Hiba and her team handled everything extremely well. From the start, she worked hard to find a resort that fit our group perfectly and stayed within our budget.

Throughout the whole process Hiba kept me informed and made sure everything was in order before our trip. Even after the initial booking, when we had a few changes and adjustments, she was quick to help and made the process smooth.

Planning a trip for a group this size could have been stressful, but Hiba made it easy. I honestly don’t know how I would have managed it without her help.

If you’re looking for a travel agent, I highly recommend reaching out to Hiba. She’s professional, responsive, and clearly very experienced at what she does. I’ll definitely be recommending her to others and will be booking with her again in the future

Jacklin was just so friendly and knowledgeable, she was able to get me the perfect direct flight for my 13yo granddaughter to visit for Spring break! She took care of all the details and turned something stressful into something enjoyable. Thanks for the great customer service!!

Nate Mosher is a very helpful agent and has lots of information to share

Jaime is exceptional with helping me for all my travel and insurance needs.

You have remarkably good agents

I was very pleased with the service The agent was polite and helpful He gave me his full attenttion. He was very understanding of my needs and made sure I got hard copies of all my papers. Thank you for your time and service

Katherine in the Victoria office was fantastic at finding an excellent package for myself and my daughter. She listened to our specifics and found a combo that combined our desire to experience a new location and culture with our need for some relaxation. Thank you.

Everything is made easier with Jane in Burlington Ontario.

Truly a professional.

Outstanding service and forethought.

Great recommendations for hotels as well.

Payment process worked like a dream

Just wanted to thank Sam for all her hard work! She has made our dream family vacation come true! She has been very informative and always ready to answer any question we had promptly and efficiently. Thank you for everything!

NEIL CHESWORTH was amazing. His knowledge of the Australia and Bali made our dream vacation wants and wishes come true. He worked hard to find us perfect accommodations for my two adult children, my husband and myself. As we were on vacation for 1 month we stayed in 5 different resorts and all were amazing... Thank you Neil for a dream vacation.

Flight Centre agents in Victoria BC are very helpful and friendly to seniors who have problems with modern electronic ticketing.

Nate has great communication with us when planning a trip, very thorough with details.
Since our initial trip planned with him, we were so impressed that we will always choose him as our agent.
Thanks Nate

Jaime Murcheson is the BEST travel agent you could hope for. Her attention to detail is unmatched - she took care of everything little thing (transfers, hotels, mobility aids, 'must see items') when we went on our Med Cruise a couple years ago and again now on our Alaskan Cruise leaving in 3 weeks.

My mom has mobility issues and Jaime made sure to arrange hotels in Europe that would accommodate my moms scooter (not an easy feat!!). She also made sure we had someone waiting for us at the airport to get us to the hotel - there is nothing more reassuring when arriving in a foreign country than seeing a sign with your name on it lol.

I can not recommend Jaime more!! She really goes above and beyond to make sure that every little detail is covered.

Katherine Paquette was a pleasure to deal. Not only was she known & efficient,
She made my booking experience quick
& seamless.

Nate in Victoria was SO patient with me when I kept asking for different hotels in Loreto. He couldn't have been kinder! He did find me an hotel at a good price, with wheel chair privileges on all airlines. I'm 80 years old with some minor mobility problems. Go to him if you want excellent service!
