Brei Wilson was amazing
Brei Wilson was amazing. I was moving abroad with my dog and was anxious about everything that was involved as it was slightly complicated but she immediately put me at ease. She was really nice, professional, patient with all my questions and had a lovely positive attitude. When I had to suddenly reschedule my flight because of upcoming strike action, she again did her magic and had everything arranged in mere minutes.

Doesn’t even deserve one star
Flight Centre doesn't even deserve one star. We cancelled our trip well within the deadline and we're still waiting for our refund - more than one month later. Trust me, take your business elsewhere. Expedia will refund your money - in full - within a day or two.

Hi Sonia, we understand how frustrating it can be to wait for your refunds. When a booking is paid for and confirmed, the payment is sent directly to the suppliers, which can leads to delays when needing the money refunded. Our team is our biggest asset and bring their level of expertise and personalized recommendations that a Google search cannot bring. Regardless, thank you for your review, we will be sure to channel your feedback as appropriate.
