Very smooth booking and excellent company communications
The contact from the company was extremely fast following booking. The representative (Nick) kindly upgraded the booking to a flexible booking for free, which saved me approximately £60. The service has been excellent with extremely competitive prices.

Great customer service from Nick!
We had an issue with our flight due to a small complication, so we contacted the Flights Travel team for assistance. Nick reached out promptly and went above and beyond to provide a solution that turned out to be an even better outcome than we expected. He didn’t just resolve the issue—he followed up with a call to make sure we were happy with the updated itinerary and kindly offered his availability for any further assistance leading up to the flight.
In a time when most travel services feel purely online and impersonal, Nick’s personal touch and genuine care were a refreshing change. His professionalism, clear communication, and willingness to help made a stressful situation much easier. We truly appreciated the human factor he brought to the experience and would highly recommend Nick and the Flight Travel team.

Misleading Booking Screen and Non Stop Calls
I found this company through google flights, linked as the cheapest option for some flights I was looking at. The booking would be for business class from Manchester to Bangkok.
I clicked onto the website, and I entered my travellers information expecting that it would take me to the next screen to review the booking, but instead said that I would be contacted in due course. This was obviously misleading, as the booking page is not actually a booking page but rather a contact information grab.
I received a call the next day, annoyingly, whilst I was at work. Upon discussing the flight details with "Nick", the seats were in fact Premium Economy class. "Nick" stated that to get business class, I would be booked on as Premium Economy and would have to bid for the chance of an upgrade, also meaning that I would not have access to the business lounge. Why would I be paying so much for the Premium Economy seats, when I could book directly with the airline for a little bit more and ensure I got business rather than gambling for the upgrade?
I have since booked directly with the airline (Qatar) for less than £500 more than the Flightstravel price was, and the refund options are much better than Flightstravel offer. Since then I've been recieving what feels like daily calls and voicemails to try and get me to book with Flightstravel, desperate for my money rather than getting the hint that I do not wish to proceed with the booking. I dread to think what would've happened if I chose to book with them.
Save your money, time and hassle by booking elsewhere.

Dear Eric,
Thank you for spending time to write a detailed review!
Upon further investigation of the matter carefully, we would like to clarify the following
1. We do not sell Manchester to Bangkok flights for any cabin via Google Flights as you claimed in your review.
2. On our website, upon entering the traveller's information on the checkout page, the website ALWAYS takes you to the payment page instead of taking you to any other page, as you claimed in your review.
3. I am Nick, and I confirm that I have not spoken to you over the call at all regarding any booking from Manchester to Bangkok, and I did not leave any voicemail either.
What we can conclude from your review is that either this review is for some other business, or you have falsely written this review to harm our reputation online.
Since we are not able to track your booking or communication, I kindly request you to provide the following details, which you have entered during the online booking :
1. Passenger/s full name
2. Email ID.
3. Date of the booking
Please email us the above details at info@flightsTravel.co.uk or nick@flightsTravel.co.uk.
Wishing you a Merry Christmas!
Regards,
Nick Johnson

Best service
Jason provided exceptional support in helping me and my family secure a great deal on our flight tickets. From the very beginning, he was patient, attentive, and genuinely interested in understanding our travel needs. He explored multiple options, compared prices, and made sure we were getting the best possible fare without compromising on comfort or convenience.
What I appreciated most was his clear communication and proactive updates throughout the process. He handled everything professionally and never hesitated to revisit options when we had questions or changes. Booking with him felt smooth, stress-free, and reliable.
Thanks to Jason’s dedication and effort, we were able to finalise our travel plans with confidence and peace of mind. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for great service and value.

This is my third reservation with Flights Travel, and once again they have offered me an excellent price. They are always available whenever I need help with my booking. A friend recommended this company to me, and I’m really glad they did.
They always find the best deals, and their experience shows in the smooth service they provide. I highly recommend booking with them if you want a stress-free travel experience. I’ve used many other agencies before, and most of them asked for additional charges, but Flights Travel has never done that. I truly appreciate their honesty and service, and I will definitely keep using them.

Offers a cheap price but then cancels if they can’t make money
Do not use this company!! Whilst it might be a genuine outfit they basically chance offering you a cheaper price in hope they can make money on their booking. When they can’t they cancel your flight and claim “payment issues” when in fact they refund! You then end up losing better prices waiting for confirmation. All foreign operators and when i messaged they promised confirmation within an hour then deleted the message to hide that they couldn’t do it. Absolute time wasters and hope they go bust and get 0000’s of negative reviews!!

Resposta da Flightstravel
Dear David,
Thank you for your feedback and for choosing Flights Travel for your travel needs!!
We are writing to address the concerns raised regarding your recent purchase of flights. Firstly, I express my sincere apologies for the disappointment or inconvenience you may have experienced during this process.
Upon further investigation of the matter, we would like to clarify that the flights you had booked were confirmed, but unfortunately, due to high-risk payment, your payment was automatically reversed.
I have gone through the call recordings and confirmed that at any point in time, we never asked you to pay a penny more to issue the ticket.
When you say in your review "offering you a cheaper price in hope they can make money on their booking. When they can’t they cancel your flight" is incorrect, as firstly, we never requested to pay more and secondly, due to high risk payment, it was auto reversed and thirdly, we have called you again and offered you the same fare as you originally booked, but you simply refused to speak and made a comment proudly that "I left a 1 star review" and disconnected the call.
I understand that this situation may have been frustrating, and I want to assure you that we always strive to provide the best possible solutions and the best post-sale service to our customers.
Furthermore, we take our customers' feedback very seriously. I will escalate it to our finance department for further investigation. Please be assured that we are committed to providing excellent customer service to our customers, and we will take appropriate action to improve it further.
Please feel free to contact me directly at nick@flightsTravel.co.uk if you have any further concerns or if there is anything else I can assist you with.
Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention, and we appreciate your understanding and patience.
Regards,

Outstanding service for when I booked my tickets to Doha. I emailed for an enquiry and immediately received a phone call. Which then followed another to ensure I am okay and I needed anything else. I have never experienced this kind of service before as a frequent flyer, especially as this is not direct from the airlines. You have exceeded the customer service more then the airlines themselves. Thank you.
