Good experience
I had overall a very good experience I made a wrong booking initially which was pre-paid and had to re-book again. I could reach them by phone straight away, then I cancelled and got my refund and at the same time made a new booking. I was a bit skeptical in the first place due to people posting negative review, but I would definitely assure you this is a trustworthy agency.

Lo mejor la ubicación
Lo mejor sin ninguna duda la ubicación del hotel. El personal muy amable y excelente trato, buenos profesionales. Limpieza buena y el buffet del desayuno bastante bueno, por poner alguna pega, podria ser un poco mas variado. Para mi lo peor fueron las almohadas demasiado altas y duras, incomodas.

Super einfach und alles hervorragend geklappt
War etwas skeptisch da alles so einfach war. Günstigster Preis super schnelle und einfache Buchung. Kannte Flix nur von Bus und Bahn. Aber alles super gelaufen. Bei Bedarf und guten Bedingungen gerne wieder.

Do not recommend this travel company
Do not recommend this travel company. I cancelled a hotel september 19th and was advised the same that due to a technical issue they would deposit my refund to my bank account. To date I still have not received a refund despite apologies and assurances that the process was underway. Use caution!!

They are thieves
They are thieves . They will not refund my money for a cancellation . Even though it was guaranteed free cancellation. I canceled in less than 72 hours of making reservation . Do not give them your credit card information . This company is bad !!!! Don’t use them .

Alles super!
Habe Ende 2017 für März 2018 über Flixhotels ein Apartment-Zimmer in einem Hotel in New York zu einem unschlagbaren Preis gebucht.
Anfangs war ich eher skeptisch, da der mir zugesandte Voucher nicht bestätigt war. In verschiedenen Foren habe ich gelesen, dass besonders in Nordamerika Buchungen bei Ankuft im Hotel oft nicht vorliegen. Ist ein Hotel ausgebucht, hat man als Reisender dann pech gehabt.
Letztendlich hat aber bei uns alles super geklappt!
Was man nicht vergessen darf: Flixhotels ist als deutsche GmbH rechtlich greifbar, was eine gewisse Sicherheit bringt. Andere Anbieter sitzen z.B. in Singapur, Hongkong oder in Indonesien.

Le site n'est pas fiable. Réservation d'hôtel annulée par Flixhotels car soit disant la chambre n'est plus disponible.Une simple vérification sur d'autres sites de réservation permet de prouver le contraire.
