Received activation codes immediately, 2 out of 3 worked, contacted them and they responded quite quickly and provided me with a valid activation code. Great experience!

Not too bad, got my products right away!

First off, I'm always a little leery about buying something from a site like this. But I chose to chance it because my hard drive crashed and I lost all my apps. I didn't have a copy of all the product keys nor did I have a copy of the software. I had one copy on a DVD/CD, but these days, computers don't come with those drives. I tried to use my old computer which still has a DVD drive, but copying to a thumb drive wasn't cutting it. So I trusted Flixeasy. At first, it didn't work because I had already install the software from that thumb drive. The Flixeasy people responded quickly to my problem by advising me to uninstall all traces of the app, then using there link to do a fresh install and then use the product code. It worked so great that I purchased another app from them. Now I just have to learn how to use that app. Since 2013, the apps have really changed.

I didn’t intentionally sign up for this service and want to cancel

They need to respond with a product (Microsoft) key for "word", single pc for life, that can be activated on my DELL (windows 11) laptop. I have sent emails describing my attempts to activate word for life, including having BestBuy geek squad attempt to activate the key sent with no success, This purchase was a loss of my money!

This company was very easy to work with and had great customer service. If the first key you purchase doesn’t work, just contact them and they will get you fixed up.

I had an issue with entering the Product Code. (It may have been user error on my part.) I emailed flixeasy.com outside of their normal business hours and they resolved the problem completely to my satisfaction.

It took a couple of days to resolve because they are located in the UK and I am in the US, but they responded to my emails within 24 hours. Their responses were polite and to the point. Ultimately, I I would definitely purchase from Flixeasy again.

Fixeasy makes purchasing Microsoft software the only place to look. They sell about ever version of Windows, Office and other software at a very reasonable price with downloads and activation keys sent out immediately. They even provide confirmation ID's for software that is no longer supported by Microsoft. Customer support is second to no one!

Great. I think I made a mistake on my order and they didn't charge me or give me any issues just made it right. Super responsive via email. I'll definitely use them again.

I thought this vendor was legit, soon after checkout I received an email with my product key for windows 11 pro. However, the key fails to activate and it returns an invalid message. I tried emailing Flixeasy several times but was ignored. Their customer service form returns an invalid server error.

Now, I have to waste time doing a chargeback. Waste of time! Negative 10 stars.

I ordered a Windows 10 Home product key and received it by email the next day along with an ISO installation file. My existing OS was Windows 7 Professional. Due to my own ignorance, I had believed that I could overwrite Win7 Pro with Win10 Home. I was wrong. The installation went okay but Windows SETUP automatically loaded Win10 Pro and the Win10 Home product key did not work. At their request, I sent screenshots to FLIXEASY. I had already figured out that I needed a Windows 10 Professional product key. Without any question, quibbling, or fuss, they sent me a Win10 Pro product key the very next day and I was able to immediately activate my new OS. They were so polite and helpful. It was a great stress-free experience. I highly recommend FLIXEASY.

Ordered 2 items and received email with activation keys within 2 hours. Had some minor issues getting one product activated. I communicated via email with support folks and the issue was totally resolved. Throughout it all they were very responsive and knowledgeable. I would not hesitate to order products from them again. Excellent company to work with and great value.

I ordered MS Office but had 'Product Key' issues. Flixeasy continued to work with me until we finally got my license issue fixed. It took 3 product keys to get there, but all is working now.

I ordered the software and received it via email the following day, along with clear instructions. Although I initially encountered an issue with the product key, I reached out via email and received a prompt response the very next day. Their customer service is truly excellent; they stayed with me until everything was working perfectly. I would definitely recommend them.
