I want my refund, it doesn't work

I've already said I want a refund. If you don't give it, I will make a post on Facebook

I bought Microsoft Office 2024, Microsoft project 2024 professional, and Microsoft visio 2024 professional. The keys were delivered to me on 5/29/2025. When I downloaded it and tried to install following their instructions, all I got was an error. When I emailed flixeasy, I got no answer. I emailed 3 times in this subject. Then I attempted to contact them by phone on their UK number and got no answer. After several attempts, I even had my friend who lives in the UK call them, again no answer. He made several attempts at without getting any answer.

I suspect they may be out of business, but what I know for certain is that their number in the UK is a mobile number and they have not answered their phone or responded to my emails.

I needed to upgrade my laptop from Windows 11 Home to Windows 11 Pro. Flixeasy provide a passcode for very little money. But when I went to upgrade, I found that an error occurred since I had already an installed Windows 11on my laptop.
So I contacted them and they responded immediately with two new passcodes and instructions to support the upgrade from Home to Pro. They were very helpful and very quick to support me in my successful upgrade, even though I had purchased the upgrade at reduced cost.

I needed some help with the installation and Flixeasy was there to help me through it. I am very satisfied with my purchase and the support I received to complete the installation and would recommend this company

Not the first time using Flixeasy, Excellent customer support. Never had an issue. All provided keys and instructions worked flawlessly.

Recently decided to no longer use M365. The cost kept going up. I decided to go with Office 2024 Pro Plus. I purchased 5 licenses 4 of them were easy. the 5th kept giving activation errors. I contacted thier help and after couple tries, we got the last activated,

this company is extremely trustworthy. Super reliable and very kind. I hear many of these companies are super sketchy and the key dont work and then your sol. they do not do that.

The website states 24/7 customer service. That is NOT true. They are located in the UK and ONLY respond when we are asleep here in the US. Having to wait to get a response is frustrating and is helpful when trying to activate a product.

The instructions also tell you to enter a Tempcode (that is supposed to be next to the product code, but it is not there) to activate "by phone" since the product code does NOT work. That should have been included on the first email I received. If they know that the activation code they send doesn't work, why don't they send a correct product code?

Contacted them about a problem with a late night email. Solution was in my in box when I got up in the morning. Quick, professional response and solution.

I paid for a item and sent numerous emails but no response . i was debited for the item R279.
after paying i'm getting emails to say complete my order and pay.

I experienced a hiccup with my product key activation. I troubleshot on my own off and on for about 12 hours. I then emailed support for assistance. By the end of the next day, I had emailed support 3 times. I eventually was able to get the product key to activate, but I never heard back from support.

First of all, the price is really good. Secondly, the custom service is friendly. It helps me solve the installation problem.

Service was great. Knowledge was excellent and they were very helpful to make sure I got what I needed. I will gladly work with Flixeasy again.

Microsoft no longer allows telephone registration in US. No Tempcode in my email so product could not be activated. No email response from FlixEasy. Now I have to uninstall the product. Moving to LibreOffice which is free and seems to work pretty well.

This was a positive buying/installing experience with Flixeasy. Great price. Clear instructions for download, installation, and activation made the process smooth, quick and easy. Will do it all again soon, as my other laptop also needs Microsoft Office.

Sent wrong non working key. Tried to contact 6 times and no response. The site is a scam

Reinstalled Windows 11 on a laptop and had trouble reinstalling MS Office 2013. Sent Flixeasy an email with the problem I was experiencing and the next day they had the solution. Just do not find Customer Service any better that that. Thanks!
