Hi Greg,

Thanks a lot for taking time to write your feedback on your experience, that's something we clearly value. As of shipping times, most of our order are shipped within 24/48hours, though with the first sunny days after winter we faced a spike of activity which resulted in longer delays.
About the stock, we completely got you and this is our MAIN target we're working on. As a comparison, six month ago and now, our stock inventory is way better than it was and we're not done. If you need any specific products, please feel free to hit us up so we can sort it out and get that stuff available for you.
Hoping that your next experience with us will deserve a 5 star ! We wish you some great riding !

We’re sorry to hear about your frustration and understand how disappointing a slow response can be. At the time, we were facing a temporary payment and shipping configuration issue on our website, which blocked orders from going through and required technical fixes.

Once the issue was identified and resolved, we reached out directly to assist. While most orders go through smoothly, we fully acknowledge that this delay wasn’t up to our usual standards, and we apologize for that.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback — we’re truly sorry for the disappointment this situation caused, especially given how important timing was for your order.

At the time of your purchase, we were unfortunately facing a payment issue on our website that limited the available shipping methods and left express shipping as the only selectable option. This issue has since been fully resolved. As a gesture of compensation, we reached out to you by email and offered free shipping on your next order.

Regarding delivery timing, we’d also like to clarify that carrier transit times (1–2 business days for express shipping) are expressed in business days only and do not include order preparation time, which can take 24 to 48 hours, nor weekends or public holidays. Since your order was placed on Thursday, January 1st (public holiday), the delivery timeline naturally shifted to the following week.

We completely understand your expectations when selecting express shipping, and we’re sorry this wasn’t as clear at the time. Your feedback helps us improve how we communicate these details going forward.

Thank you for your understanding, and we hope your next experience with us will better reflect the level of reliability and service we strive to provide.

Merci d’avoir pris le temps de partager votre retour, et nous sommes vraiment désolés pour la frustration que cette situation a pu vous causer. Ce n’est clairement pas l’expérience que nous souhaitons offrir aux riders.

Après avoir pris connaissance de votre avis, nous vous avons contacté et avons pu échanger directement par téléphone pour trouver une solution rapide. Votre commande a bien été modifiée.

Nous avons également proposé un geste commercial pour compenser l’attente liée à notre retour.

Notre petite équipe a été fortement sollicitée par la période du Black Friday, ce qui a entraîné un ralentissement inhabituel dans nos réponses. Néanmoins, nous faisons toujours le maximum pour résoudre chaque situation et garantir la satisfaction de nos clients.

Nous espérons que votre prochaine expérience reflétera davantage les standards de service que nous nous efforçons d’offrir au quotidien.

Après vérification et échange avec vous, le blocage provenait d’un souci de référence côté entrepôt, malgré un stock affiché disponible sur le site. Dès que le problème a été identifié, nous avons fait le nécessaire pour débloquer la situation.

Votre commande a depuis été expédiée puis livrée, et nous avons également pris contact avec vous par email pour vous tenir informé et proposer un geste commercial en compensation de l’attente.

Nous sommes une petite équipe et la période du Black Friday a entraîné des délais inhabituels, mais nous restons toujours mobilisés pour corriger les situations et accompagner nos clients jusqu’à leur résolution complète.
