J’attends….
Je n’ai toujours pas reçu mon colis après 10 jours alors que j’ai règlé des frais de livraison via chronopost.
Je n’ai aucune nouvelles et le service client est impossible à joindre. J’ai essayé d’appeler et d’envoyer des e-mails, mais je n’ai obtenu aucune reponse..

Merci d’avoir pris le temps de partager votre expérience, même si nous sommes vraiment désolés d’apprendre que vous avez rencontré ce problème avec votre commande.
Après avoir examiné votre demande, nous confirmons qu’un souci de mise à jour du suivi Chronopost avait effectivement bloqué l’affichage de votre colis pendant plusieurs jours. Notre équipe a immédiatement contacté l’entrepôt ainsi que le transporteur pour débloquer la situation.
La bonne nouvelle est que votre colis a finalement bien été traité, expédié puis livré, et nous vous avons également envoyé un email personnel pour vous tenir informé et vous offrir un geste commercial pour compenser l’attente.
Nous sommes une petite équipe et, malgré toute notre organisation, la période du Black Friday nous a malheureusement pris de court cette année, ce qui a entraîné des retards inhabituels dans les réponses. Cela ne reflète absolument pas les standards de service que nous mettons en place au quotidien.
Nous espérons que votre prochaine expérience avec nous montrera davantage la qualité que nous nous efforçons d’offrir à chaque rider. Et bien sûr, nous restons disponibles pour toute question ou assistance supplémentaire.

I have never received the tire. Apparently the shipping company delivered it to a completely different person, they were the ones to reach out to us. We are trying to contact he shipping company as well. Any amount of help would be appreciated”

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, and we're truly sorry for the situation you're experiencing.
To clarify: your package was not delivered to someone else. What we’re seeing is a tracking issue from the carrier, which makes it look like the delivery went wrong, when in fact the tracking information simply isn’t updating correctly.
We’ve already reached out to the shipping company to open an investigation and find out what happened. While the vast majority of our orders arrive without any problem, situations like this can unfortunately happen, and when they do, we’re here to help and make things right.
No matter what, we’ll make sure you receive your tire:
- Either the carrier locates and delivers the original package,
- Or we will ship you a replacement.
We also replied to your email at the same time to move things forward as quickly as possible.
Thanks again for your patience, we’ll stay with you until everything is fully resolved.

honestly website absolutely sucks, hire someone or like even ai could build it better (don't quote me on that), but products are good. Also why does the trustpilot link take me to a spanish version of it, all the text is in spanish instead of something logical, like where i bought too/from or english.

Shitty customer service
I placed my order and the website didn't properly process it so it failed. But the payment was reserved. I tried to contact customer service but never heard back.
Luckily it automatically refunded me.
I later tried to place my order again but using my master card. This time it went through properly. But since them i haven't heard anything. I still haven't received my product and it's been weeks. I tried connecting customer service but once again no response.

Bonjour Fabrice, merci de prendre le temps de nous faire un retour sur votre expérience. Votre commande est effectivement passée au moment d’une transition de stock vers un nouvel entrepôt. Bien que nous ayons fait le nécessaire avec des messages d’information en haut de notre site afin de prévenir des délais exceptionnels, nous n’avions pas, à ce moment-là, les moyens humains suffisants pour répondre en moins de 24h comme nous le faisons habituellement.
Nous comprenons que cela ait pu vous sembler long, même si la situation était temporaire et déjà communiquée. La bonne nouvelle, c’est que cette transition est maintenant derrière nous : les délais de traitement et de réponse sont redevenus rapides et optimisés.
Nous espérons avoir l’occasion de vous le prouver lors d’une prochaine commande, afin que votre expérience reflète réellement la qualité de service que nous nous efforçons de garantir au quotidien.

Bonjour Sébastien, merci pour ce retour d'expérience. Nous avons effectivement connu des perturbations dues au déplacement de notre stock dans de nouveaux entrepôts. Certaines commandes ont été plus impactées que d'autres et vous en faites partie, nous sommes sincèrement navrés de cette expérience. Suite à notre prise de contact, nous avons fait le nécessaire pour débloquer la situation sur votre commande alors que la transition de local était en marche.
Maintenant que la situation est apaisée, nous serions ravis de vous revoir de nouveau afin que vous puissiez témoigner des améliorations de service et plus largement d'expérience client !
