Excellent service and quality
From ordering to delivery the service was flawless. The vinyl laminate flooring is well made and accurately manufacturered so fits together without gaps. Some of the boards were damaged by strapping cutting through the package but I was still able to use them for ends or beginning of a row. I always lay laminate in a economically way and rarely have much more than 2% wastage, so I have a box over and I'm looking to use that on another project but will now have to order a few boxes more!

Thank you for taking the time to write a review. We understand that you were unhappy with the delivery however, we always send out a full explanation of how our deliveries work. We book it in for a day but say it can overrun into the next working day and that somebody needs to be there to receive the goods. If this doesn't work for you, or is not possible we will try to help however you didn't have anybody to cover from that first afternoon but only let us know at the time, not before so we could have organised it differently.
As much as it may seem reasonable for a delivery driver to call you before hand and wait for somebody to come round, this isn't how it works. We let customers know they have to be there to receive goods. We rely on a third party delivery company, if you had told us that you needed a call, beforehand we would have explained that we cannot guarantee this. The delivery company told us signal was not great, you told us it was fine, unfortunately we don't know what is the case, however we send tracking beforehand that can help update you, this comes via email and we had ours through as normal. We would say that if customers have any questions about deliveries or what the normal routine is, we are happy to explain, it is in all of our calls and emails confirming the details. Sorting out any issues is always harder with little or no notice. We are glad that the flooring is what you wanted, thank you.
