Wow!! what great service both times or ordering form this great company .Fran who twice Iv dealt with is amazing, she is a big inspiration , a very big credit to the company. A big thanks to Fran from my ordering to receiving my good she kept me informed. Great company!! Highly recommended.

Quality of samples helped us decide to buy from this company. The SPC flooring was thicker and cheaper then other websites. Very quick to sending samples and replying to emails. Amanda reserved the flooring we wanted as they are sold out very quickly.

I recently ordered wooden flooring from floorsave but wanted to return as my daughter decided she wanted carpet instead.These things happen.! I contacted the floorave ladies who were understanding and a return arranged at my cost..When I ordered in the first instance I found I needed a further two packs so immediately contacted to add to the order prior to dispatch.When the return carraige was agreed it was at £50 plus vat so I went along with that..Upon receiving my refund, noticed a discrepancy which I immediately queried...I was told that I had been charged for two collections / carraiges totalling £120 Inc vat..at which I am flabbergasted.Explaination was "two orders"....!! The delivery I received was on one pallet and I returned one pallet so I am left to presume that by having two invoices this required two carriage charges..!!That seems to be very unfair..We live in Sheffield but as it happens have a friend who works in close proximity to the floorsave warehouse, Surrey..He could,at a push have dropped the flooring in but to make things run smoothly I decided to make things less complicated. I cannot make common sense prevail here and feel totally humiliated and annoyed that it can cost an extra £50 plus vat to transport a piece of paper attached to another package..It does not make sense at all.I have photographs and cctv footage of the one pallet being collected from my house.. I would like a refund and will follow up on Trustpilot re the outcome. Very unhappy...Followup 11.06.24.Downgraded owing to further negativity and I do not accept the explaination / response..I paid for delivey when ordered so why would I pay delivery again due to cancellation. ! I accepted the return charge at £50 plus vat ( £60 ) and dont believe the outcome is satisfactory. 11.06.24 )
