You guys got to my message you guys took your time to read it and honestly makes me so grateful that you guys took the time to!

The customer service is amazing! I have never seen a brand where they have reached out tome directly, in order to confirm a purchase as big as the one that I made. I think it’s such a good thing to have that protocol, even going as far as automatically canceling in the off chance that there MAY have been someone or something else at play. They were even nice in the reply to my response (which came only a few minutes after), offering to help with any other questions and saying they’d ship my package out asap!

I’m impressed before the product’s even left the warehouse!

So far in my experience, I do wish the payment qualifications were a little more clear. I tried paying in installments originally, though only pieced together on my own that you couldn’t use a credit card for it. I then tried my debit card, though it also declined despite having the right amount of money along with some extra (and with that, I have no idea why). In the end, I just had to pay in full on my credit card, which I kind of wanted to avoid. I hope the conditions are posted/integrated somewhere along the checkout process eventually, as I feel like it would have saved a lot of time. Other than that, so far so good!

Edit: I got the actual product a little while back and wanted to make sure to check everything out before updating this, so let me just say… I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT !!!!

I got the Shell’s Jewel all-in set with the perfume. To put into perspective, I want to start things off that I usually get anxiety when using brand new things. When say I love the smell of Lemon Iced Tea, it’s an understatement. I love it enough that I skipped the ‘baby-my-expensive-thing’ phase altogether and put it straight into my purse—which is saying something because I still haven’t had a time where I had to spray it again! I’ve done it because I wanted the smell to come back strong again, but the perfume scent hasn’t fully faded off me yet!!

The makeup itself is beautiful. Honestly, that and the box is still in its babying phase for me. Like babying to the point I haven’t peeled off the mirror plastic protectors yet, babied. I’ve done light swatches, though, and I’m really impressed. Mind you, I was barely brushing my finger over the powders because I didn’t want to ruin the design, and it was more pigmented than I expected! I was amazed. A little goes a long way with the primer too, like I was baffled!!

The hair clips are cute, the brushes are cute, and everything down to the blue and white theme match my aesthetic so much and I could NOT be happier with my purchase!! This was my first purchase from Flower Knows, and I will be purchasing again in the future. Already recommended it to my friend ;)

Very kind, very respectful & understanding

Both the products and customer service are amazing. The products are high quality and the packaging is beautiful and amazing quality, I have traveled with eyeshadow pallets and blushes from them and had nothing break. I've also dropped them on the floor accidentally and they have been fine.

First and foremost I have had a wonderful experience with Flower Knows. The products I bought, the Knight Unicorn and Shell’s Jewel box sets, were beautiful and well crafted. The boxes are so beautiful and add a touch of elegance and beauty to my room that I couldn’t be happier with the company. The processing was quick and simple and I received the shipping information that updated regularly up to delivery. My Knight Unicorn box did come in damaged but honestly things happen for whatever reason. I requested a replacement box and Flower Knows delivered on their promise to make things right and get me a corrected replacement. The next box came in perfect condition and just as beautiful as the first one. I’m very happy with my experience with Flower Knows and I can’t wait for more collections to come out.

Just ordered from them not too long ago. Their shades are beautiful. I almost didn't because I had heard bad things about the color not showing up, but everything was exactly as described. It's clear this brand is meant to be softer and enhance your natural beauty, not cover it. All while hydrating and not leaving my face cakey. Will definitely be suggesting it to my friends.

I discovered Flower Knows through Instagram. At first, I was honestly a little hesitant to place an order because I have come across many fake websites and products online, so I wasn’t completely sure whether I could trust it.

To be safe, I placed a small first order just to check the experience for myself. Once I received my order and saw that everything was genuine, beautifully packed, and delivered properly, I felt much more confident. After that, I placed around three more orders, and I definitely plan to order again in the future.

One of the biggest reasons I love Flower Knows is the packaging. Every product feels so beautiful, detailed, and collectible. The products themselves are also really nice, and I also appreciate the offers and discounts available on the website.

There were a few shades and products that I really wanted to purchase, but unfortunately they went out of stock before I could get them. I’m not sure whether those shades will be restocked, but I’m really hoping they will be available again someday.

I also want to appreciate the customer support team. In one of my recent orders, I was unexpectedly charged customs duty. I contacted the support team, and they were very helpful and supportive throughout the process. As per their policy, they promised that the customs amount would be refunded, and they kept their promise. That gave me even more confidence in the brand.

Overall, my experience with Flower Knows has been really lovely. From the packaging and products to the offers and customer support, there is so much I genuinely like about the brand.

I only have one small suggestion: it would be wonderful if Flower Knows could also launch an official mobile app, especially for customers in India. I feel that an official app would make the shopping experience even more convenient and could also help new customers feel more confident and secure when ordering for the first time.

Amazing company beautiful products and you get many free gifts with orders and there was a deal where if I spent certain amount I’d get a free gift but I hit many price points so I ended up with so many free beautiful gifts. 2 times doing a large order and I will continue and always be a customer at flower knows

Everything was perfect,from prive to shipping to products quality

So i did ordered few things and even after 20 days i have received anything and when i contacted support they said my parcel is delivered while i havent received anything i was really disappointed with their way of delovery such an irresponsible act. Disappointed and very dissatisfied

The make up is really pretty as promised. Well packaged, nothing broken.

So far so good. I love everything about this place so far and customer service has been amazing.

The product I ordered from the company to my hotel arrived after I left. This may not be their fault, but the carrier they chose is very inefficient, bouncing the product through numerous hubs and wasting a ton of time. For a whole day, my order was within a 45-minute drive of my address, and I couldn't get it delivered before my departure. Furthermore, this carrier completely ignored my requests, and when I checked out of the hotel and offered the carrier alternative addresses, it turned out they didn't ship there. Totally disappointing...
P.S. after all Flower Knows did the best they can and sent me the gift card for better feeling.
