Complete scam. Do not order from here, they will not send you any products and no way to get your money back. Would recommend cancelling whatever card was used to make a purchase from this site as it is a complete phishing scam. Completely illegal

Så var det hele forsvarligt pakket ind ingen chance for at produkterne ville gå i stykker under transport/levering.

Købte både primer og blush og elsker kvaliteten. Klart penge værd.

This is a scam company. No delivery of items and have sent several emails asking about delivery. They say its delivered but refuse to name courier company. Said I forget to collect my package. Totally joke. Do not buy anything from this site. It's a scam!!!!

I tried to make a purchase twice, both times the money came out of my account but the details of my card couldn't be confirmed for some reason. The money was returned both times but I'm disappointed because their makeup products are great and I had made purchases from them before in 2022 and 2023 with no problem. I hope they resolve that issue because I did want to buy from there again.

Ich habe bei FlowerKnows einige Produkte bestellt und es sollte ein Geburtstagsgeschenk für meine Schwester werden. Ein paar Tage später bekam ich eine Bestätigung dass das Paket unterwegs ist. Jetzt habe ich, drei Wochen nach der Bestellung, eine Nachricht vom Unternehmen bekommen, dass meine Bestellung storniert und das Geld zurückerstattet wurde weil sie länger keine Reaktion von mir erhalten hätten, ohne zu erläutern, was genau damit gemeint ist. Als ich versuchte, die Produkte neu zu bestellen, waren einige von ihnen, wie ein Eyeliner und ein Mascara, nicht mehr verfügbar. Und als ich dann andere Produkte bestellen wollte, hieß es plötzlich, sie hätten für meine Adresse keine Liefermethoden. Das komplette Geld bekomme ich von PayPal natürlich nicht wieder wegen dem Wechselkurs. Danke für nichts!

I recently placed my first Flower Knows order and it will not be my last! I had a query and customer service were very fast to respond. I ordered the Swan Ballet all in gift set. My order was processed immediately and shipped very fast. I was provided with tracking information and was able to keep track of my order each step of the way. It also arrived ahead of schedule.

Unfortunately, I was a disappointed as a couple of the items arrived broken. However, I contacted customer service to explain the situation and they responded promptly, apologising and offering a choice of solutions.

I was initially attracted to Flower Knows makeup due to the beautiful packaging. It looks even nicer in person and the quality of the makeup is fantastic. I cannot wait to use it all and buy more products in the future! Thank you Flower Knows

I placed my order on June 25, 2024 and received it on July 10, 2024.
Despite the little information I had about the delivery, it went off without a hitch.
A few free products were added to my order (two perfume samples and a lip balm) and I have to say that I find this very well thought out on their part.

Opening the parcel was very pleasant, the packaging is well thought out and shows off the products well. I was expecting the quality of the products to be basic, but I quickly realized how much attention to detail this brand pays.

So I recommend it, and will no doubt order again one day.

Wunderschönes Makeup. Hatte schon 3 mal dort bestellt. Einmal kam das Paket nie an, aber bei Anfrage wurde mir ein Gutschein von 150€ ausgestellt obwohl der Wert beim Paket nur ca 120€ betrug.
Auf meine Mails wurde immer innerhalb von 1-2 Tagen geantwortet. Empfehlenswert.

You can not imagine how angry I was when I ordered a package for my girlfriend for Valentine‘s Day just to realize the most expensive product was missing. I was kinda hopeless reading the reviews, expecting nothing, but still decided to contact the support since it was the only thing I can do. To my surprise they answered after a few days and shipped me the missing product at no additional cost (yes, nothing special but still good knowing some company‘s practices).

The products itself are of fantastic quality and worth the price in my and my girlfriend‘s eyes.

Sehr schade meine Tochter hatte sich zu Weihnachten Make up von der Seite gewünscht. Wir hatten für über 200 Euro bestellt. Leider kam das Paket nie an. Wir haben das Geld zwar zurückerstattet bekommen durch einer Fallmeldung von Paypal, aber von der Flower Knows kam nie eine Reaktion. Zudem hätten wir uns mehr über das Paket gefreut.

No compréis nunca en esta empresa, compré en la página web y cogieron los datos para enviar enlaces desde un número francés, de que el pedido estaba en aduanas y que tenía que pagar. Hackean los datos de la tarjeta y realizan compras en Francia con tu tarjeta. Y no contestan cuando envías una reclamación. Estafadores.

My order took forever to receive. When received the packaging is adorable but the product is miniscule and highly overpriced. Have emailed 3 times to return and no reply. Do not buy from them.
Finally heard from them and no returns.

If I could give this company zero stars I would. This package came after the expected delivery date. I have emailed the company twice, and I’ve never been given the courtesy of a response. My daughter was so disappointed when she opened up her package it was wet and the mirror to her eyeshadow palette was broken.
Extremely disappointed in this company!

We got the delivery and opened it this Christmas evening, it was a gift for my daughter. She, and we, were very disappointed when opening the package, very many items were missing and it was not at all Moonlight Mermaid All-In Gift Set which we had ordered and confirmed. There was 1 hair clip, no eyeshadow palletes, no lip gloss, no blush, no eyeliner. The delivery was paid by PayPal, how to solve this, will you send a new, full delivery or do you return the money by PayPal?

I ordered on the 10/27 and now it’s the 7/12 it’s been over a month and no sign of my package whatsoever… will probably never order again, I’m very disappointed, because I spend a lot of my birthday money on this and now I don’t even know if I’ll ever get it. :( If I could, I’d give 0 Stars.

I was recently introduced to Flower Knows, a Chinese makeup brand, which I discovered through social media platforms such as TikTok. While I usually buy from Korean makeup brands, Flower Knows has truly captured my attention with its exceptional products. Not only are their product designs alike fairy tales, but the quality is also amazing. I have purchased a total of 11 lip products from their collection, divided into two separate orders.

The initial batch of products arrived fast and was nicely packaged, providing ample protection using bubble plastic. As a first-time customer, I was pleasantly surprised to find numerous gifts included in my order. Unfortunately, the second package, scheduled to arrive yesterday, was not delivered due to a mistake by the local postal company responsible for its transportation. The courier failed to attempt to contact me (didn't even try to ring the doorbell and claimed I wasn't home, I was!), and despite it being the initial delivery, my package was returned to Flower Knows. Naturally, I was disappointed and frustrated by this incident, prompting me to file a formal complaint against the company in question (DHL, a company I have had multiple bad experiences with).

Also, in the first batch of products, I encountered one slightly damaged lipstick. Though I am unsure of the cause, possibly a machine error, I immediately notified Flower Knows of the issue. Their response was impressively fast and they offered me two alternatives for resolution: a gift card or a replacement shipment of the same product. Choosing the gift card, I was pleased with the service their response time, and their willingness to provide multiple options. I appreciate that they trusted me without a doubt. As a result, I will continue to buy from FlowerKnows (and have been).

Despite the relatively limited number of reviews on Trustpilot, I strongly recommend FlowerKnows and do check out their Instagram account to get a general outlook on their products. Their products are truly beautiful and good quality. They're also quite affordable and with their many special offers and gifts, it makes it an experience to buy and open!

Ich war sehr beeindruckt von der Qualität dieser Produkte. Eigentlich habe ich Flower Knows nur wegen der wunderschönen Verpackung bestellt, allerdings sind die Produkte selbst auch sehr qualitativ hochwertig. Ich habe sehr empfindliche Haut und kann normalerweise keinen Lidschatten benutzen (egal wie teuer, von welcher Marke etc.) Meistens ist es so, dass meine Augen sofort allergisch reagieren und jucken. Ich war überrascht, als es mit der Lidschattenpalette von Flower Knows nicht der Fall war. Der Lidschatten hat eine leichte Textur und es fühlt sich so an, als würde man gar kein Make up tragen. Ich bin extrem glücklich damit! Puder und Blush sind auch toll, die von der Moonlight Mermaid Kollektion sehen aus wie Sammlerstücke und ich werde die Boxen auf jeden Fall behalten, auch wenn das Produkt aufgebraucht ist. Außerdem bekommt man auf der Website viele Geschenke bei der Bestellung (ich hatte einen Spiegel, Pinsel, Einkaufstasche und Haarklammer bekommen). Das einzige, was mich ein wenig enttäuscht hat, ist der pinke Glitzer-Eyeliner, weil man ihn leider überhaupt nicht auf der Haut sieht. Ich muss aber sagen, dass ich sehr helle Haut habe und vermute, dass dieser Eyeliner auf einer dunkleren Haut etwas besser aussehen würde. Aber auch bei dem Eyeliner habe ich keinerlei allergische Reaktion bemerkt. Die Lieferung nach Deutschland ging problemlos und dauerte insgesamt zwei Wochen. Ich bin sehr beeindruckt und werde gerne wieder bei Flower Knows bestellen. Bisher die besten Make up Produkte, die ich kenne 😊
