Flowers were delivered on time tbf, but came with no feed and have started to die withing 72 hrs ,when contacted they told me you have a 24-48 hr window and nothing can be done , paid best part of 100£ for a bunch of flowers that have lasted half the time Morrison's bunch last

Don’t use this company for flower delivery. Once you’ve paid they don’t care if you actually receive the flowers or not. They also don’t care in what conditions the flowers reach you. The customer service is unhelpful and rude.

Received a sunflower bouquet as a gift which was completely wilted within 2 days of delivery. Once I had contacted them to inform them, their first email said sunflowers “typically last around 5 to 7 days” and that they “should certainly still be looking fresh after only two days.” Once I’d sent photos, that changed to a “vase life of around 5 to 10 days” as a reason to decline the claim, a noticeably different figure from their own first response.
After pushing back, they agreed to send a replacement bouquet as a goodwill gesture. It was then promised for “next day” delivery on two separate occasions, confirmed in writing both times. Neither delivery arrived. I had to chase for updates each time, and my most recent follow-up has gone unanswered.
The original flowers were a genuine quality issue, but it’s the handling since then that’s been most disappointing: shifting explanations, repeated promises with no follow-through, and no proactive communication when things went wrong.

Looking at the reviews - it’s not a one off.

I will definitely be using this company again. The flowers I ordered as a birthday gift weren't in the best condition when they arrived, possibly due to the heat or damage during transit. I contacted the company straight away, and they were incredibly professional and helpful. They arranged for a replacement bouquet to be delivered to my friend the very next day. Not only did the replacement arrive in perfect condition, but it was also larger than the bouquet I had originally paid for. Excellent customer service, and I highly recommend them!

Absolutely awful experience. I ordered a bouquet of 20 white roses for £66 from FlowersandPlants.com via Deliveroo. The bouquet arrived within around 30 minutes, which was the only positive part of the experience.

Unfortunately, the roses were already in poor condition on arrival. Most of the blooms had visible browning around the petals, making them look old rather than fresh. For a £66 bouquet, I simply expected much better quality. I immediately took five photographs and contacted the company. The phone number for the branch I ordered from didn’t work, so I had to call another branch, who told me to deal with the issue by email.

After reviewing my photographs, FlowersandPlants.com claimed the damage must have occurred during the Deliveroo delivery and sent me a photograph they had taken before dispatch, insisting the flowers had left in “excellent condition.” However, even in their own photograph I was able to identify and highlight more than ten roses that already showed visible browning. Their image was also heavily overexposed, making it difficult to see the true condition of the flowers, yet the browning was still obvious. I asked whether they had actually reviewed the photographs I had sent, which clearly showed the poor condition of the bouquet, but they continued to insist the flowers were “excellent” when they left the shop.

What I found most disappointing wasn’t just the quality of the flowers—it was the refusal to take any responsibility. The bouquet had travelled for only around 30 minutes. It’s simply not credible to suggest that fresh, excellent-quality roses would deteriorate so dramatically in that time. Even if something had happened in transit, the flowers already showed signs of age in the company’s own dispatch photograph.

I wasn’t looking for an argument; I was simply asking for good customer service. Sometimes products aren’t perfect, and that’s understandable. I would have been happy with a refund or even a partial refund. Instead, the company repeatedly acknowledged that the flowers I received were in poor condition while refusing to accept any responsibility or offer any goodwill gesture.

Very disappointing quality, even more disappointing customer service, and not what I’d expect for £66. I won’t be ordering from FlowersandPlants.com again and cannot recommend them based on my experience.

I dont understand what kind of drivers they have because the driver doesnt know how to ring an apartment number from downstairs nor knows how to call the recipient on the phone, was our anniversary date. Ring them up and say they will deliver it tomorrow after the special day like if you cant deliver it on the day agreed you guys should at least give a refund or offer it.

Flowers arrived on time,but box dumped on doorstep upside down and badly damaged, door bell not rung. Majority of flowers already willting , roses had brown edged petals, all long past their sell by date, the lilly’s have just about survived. No plant food, no care instructions. Embarrassed to tell sender the truth.

I would like to take this opportunity to express my sincere thanks and gratitude to you and your team for sorting out funeral flowers yesterday. I gave the wrong address, but realised and you quickly sorted that out just hours before the deadline they needed to be there for.
They were delivered on time and they were a beautiful arrangement. If I ever need to use an on line florist, I would certainly use Flowers & Plants.

I located the company to deliver flowers locally in London E1. I did it all.online. I then got confirmation emails for order and when out for delivery.
I then got further email.confirming delivery with a photo of the bouquet and a photo of the address. It was really good to see the bouquet as you wonder if be worth what you paid. The bouquet was lovely and recipient real pleased.
It was a very easy and efficient service and I would definately use the company again and recommend to others. Very pleased indeed .

Over-priced and unreliable. They did not deliver on time, which for a flower company is a pretty basic level of service.

I ordered bridal bouquet which was perfect and customer service was amazing!

Ordering and delivering were fine and the flowers arrived on time on the day I selected which was in fact next day so I was pleased with that. However the conditions of the flowers were suboptimal, so many rose petals were in the delivery box as a result the roses falling apart. Would be better to ensure better security of flowers within their packaging. I’ve used many online florists and they have never arrived in a condition like that so it is definitely avoidable.

They were very prompt and the flowers were beautiful matched our company's event perfectly.

Will definitely be choosing Flowers & Plants Co for our next event.

Ordered a large bunch of the Sunny Joy bouquet for my mum for Mothers Day. Received the flowers and they did not look fresh at all. Followed the instructions on the card, however the flowers still did not perk up.

Not even had the flowers for a week and they have completely wilted.

Got in touch with the company received the most unhelpful email from Angelica saying they can’t do anything.

I will never ever purchase anything from again!!

Rubbish company and dead flowers on arrival! I ordered these as a gift for Mothers Day purchased via Selfridges but the quality is honestly rubbish. Several of the stems arrived completely dead, and the rest look like they’ve seen much better days, wilted, browned at the edges and lacking any freshness. No food supplied although I had paid a lot of money for the flowers. The website displays a presentation box on the photos but none was actually supplied. It’s embarrassing to give these to someone in this state. Very disappointed and definitely not worth the money.

My daughter in law bought me a gorgeous bouquet of sunflowers for Mother’s Day I did everything I was told to do and within a day the were dying .this isn’t right surely they are supposed to last more than one day ? Gutted

I ordered flowers for my wife for Valentines day - I paid for morning delivery - they never arrived in the morning ofcourse - I called them and they told me that during high volume days like Valentines day they extend the morning delivery service up to 4pm (so I got conned paying a higher fee and getting regular delivery service) - they told me rest assured the flowers were scheduled to be delivered on valentines day and I would recieve an email they were on the way

4PM arrived and nothing - no email, I called and called no one picks up, no voicemail just silence - by the time we headed out for our dinner resevation past 7pm at this stage - still nothing arrived

I honestly wish I had done what I have been doing for years and going to the shop, buying the flowers myself but I thought i'd do something different and got screwed - its now 15th feb - no email, again I called and no one picks up

Good thing this was on a credit card, so I will be doing a charge back and getting a full refund - I dont want any credit/gift card nonsense as I dont want to deal with this company again

It’s a scam. Spent over £100 on a bouquet just for it to never arrive on Valentine’s day 🤢.

You’re better off going to a flower shop and buy it yourself to save time. The irony 🙄.

I ordered flowers for a special occasion paid extra for a morning delivery over two weeks later and got a e-mail on the delivery day saying they would be delivered between 17:00 Hrs and 18:00 Hrs. I emailed customer service twice no reply then called twice. first call they would try and get them delivered before i left home at 13:30 Hrs Second call told they can not even refund they would have to pass it over to another team on Monday but they where quick in getting the flowers redirected back to them very poor service i will never use again
