I have received outstanding customer service from Darwin at this company Flown Beauty. I had a query about adding something to my order and received a reply instantly with a very satisfactory outcome. I have yet to receive the products ordered but am sure they will live up to expectations. So refreshing to find a comuwith such great customer service. Can’t praise Darwin enough.

Last one said confirm email address and they would immediately look into it. I tried to do that only for it to come back saying their inbox was full. Ordered in March still waiting. Very unhappy considering it was for a gift at the end of April. Poor service poor communication
AWFUL PRODUCT - DO NOT BUY
I received my Lunair 5 in 1 hair dryer on January 10, 2026, when the brand was Numoya. I use it approximately 2-3 times a week. On Saturday, May 9, 2026, not even four months after it was delivered, the hair dryer stopped blowing hot air making it impossible to dry my hair and deliver the promised results. I immediately wrote to customer service to ask for a replacement on what was clearly a defective product. They promptly answered me, but only to tell me they have a strict 30-day guarantee policy so the best they can do is offer me 20% off a new dryer. I wrote back saying this was unacceptable for a clearly defective product but the only response I got was a reiteration of their STRICT 30 day guarantee and was once again offered 20% off a new dryer. Who would spend more money on a product that could not even last a year! it is useless now as it only blows cold air. It was the most disappointing and wasteful purchase I have ever made!

Do not waste your money on this item, it just doesn’t do what it says it should. Customer services is virtually non existent. I hadn’t realised this product came from abroad so to send it back would have cost too much, to cut my losses they just reduced the price and I got £12 back…. the item went in the bin. It’s rubbish!!

This product does not work. First off it wouldn't heat up consistently. Finally when it did, it did nothing for my hair. I was conned into buying 2 of them for $63. Products that promise and do not produce should be stopped.

I tried it and find that my hair is too thin to use that brush. I tried to email for a refund and all I got back was an email from Lester that he needed more info. I tried to explain in detail and that email was returned by the postmaster as not going thru because that mailbox was too full. I have tried several times after that and the site will not let me contact the company. I originally saw the ad on Facebook, but I don't buy right off of Facebook in order to keep from getting fraud results. Therefore I went directly to the company and this is what I get, NOTHING! I should have gone thru Amazon. They at least will deal with the refunds. NOT HAPPY!!

IT IS CALLED THE "GObRUSH" AND IS ADVERTISED FOR TRAVEL. IT WAS CONFISCATED IN JAPAN. NEVER USED. $90. ADVERTISED FOR TRAVEL! i CONTACTED THE COMPANY AND THE REPLY i RECEIVED IS "YEAH WE ARE WORKING ON FIXING THAT WORDING IN OUR ADVERTISING MATERIAL." WTH? SO I HAD NOTHING FOR MY TRIP. AT THIS POINT THE OTHER GOBRUSH PRO (WHICH APPARENTLY ONLY GIVES 10 MIN OF HEAT TIME TO JUST BAT DOWN FLYAWAYS) AND GOBRUSH MAX i WANT TO RETURN. WHICH IS IMPOSSIBLE. I BOUGHT THEM FOR MY GRANDDAUGHTER AND DAUGHTER. SO i AM OUT ALMOST $300. VERY DISAPPOINTING. IT ALSO SHIPS FROM CHINA AND TAKES FOREVER.
