Lester - thank you for promptly dealing with my request re my recent order

I have received outstanding customer service from Darwin at this company Flown Beauty. I had a query about adding something to my order and received a reply instantly with a very satisfactory outcome. I have yet to receive the products ordered but am sure they will live up to expectations. So refreshing to find a comuwith such great customer service. Can’t praise Darwin enough.

Brush did not operate as promised. I am now trying to return it for full refund. They promise a 100% 30 day satisfaction guarantee. Now they want me to send them pictures of what they sold me. Really?

So far I have sent five emails asking for updates on my order.
Last one said confirm email address and they would immediately look into it. I tried to do that only for it to come back saying their inbox was full. Ordered in March still waiting. Very unhappy considering it was for a gift at the end of April. Poor service poor communication

I received my Lunair 5 in 1 hair dryer on January 10, 2026, when the brand was Numoya. I use it approximately 2-3 times a week. On Saturday, May 9, 2026, not even four months after it was delivered, the hair dryer stopped blowing hot air making it impossible to dry my hair and deliver the promised results. I immediately wrote to customer service to ask for a replacement on what was clearly a defective product. They promptly answered me, but only to tell me they have a strict 30-day guarantee policy so the best they can do is offer me 20% off a new dryer. I wrote back saying this was unacceptable for a clearly defective product but the only response I got was a reiteration of their STRICT 30 day guarantee and was once again offered 20% off a new dryer. Who would spend more money on a product that could not even last a year! it is useless now as it only blows cold air. It was the most disappointing and wasteful purchase I have ever made!

Do not waste your money on this item, it just doesn’t do what it says it should. Customer services is virtually non existent. I hadn’t realised this product came from abroad so to send it back would have cost too much, to cut my losses they just reduced the price and I got £12 back…. the item went in the bin. It’s rubbish!!

Customer Service is excellent. I reached out right after I placed my order, and got a quick response in minutes. The assistant Lester was polite and helpful with my need. Thank you very much. MD.

This is the first time that I have ordered from this company. I ordered an extra hair dryer on my order by mistake. I emailed customer support right away and my error was corrected almost immediately. I was very impressed with the way that Angel handled my inquiry❣️

I had to cancel my order as for some reason I had ended up ordering four of the same items. I quickly sent an email to support@ numoya com and Brooke has kindly cancelled my order for me, many thanks Brooke, I will order again when I have had a better day, kind regards.

This product does not work. First off it wouldn't heat up consistently. Finally when it did, it did nothing for my hair. I was conned into buying 2 of them for $63. Products that promise and do not produce should be stopped.

They are a bunch of crooks who do not accept returns of there shoddy products

Response to my question was very prompt.

Quick response time - no undue questioning/negotiation and quick notification of refund for the item inadvertantly ordered in error.

I tried it and find that my hair is too thin to use that brush. I tried to email for a refund and all I got back was an email from Lester that he needed more info. I tried to explain in detail and that email was returned by the postmaster as not going thru because that mailbox was too full. I have tried several times after that and the site will not let me contact the company. I originally saw the ad on Facebook, but I don't buy right off of Facebook in order to keep from getting fraud results. Therefore I went directly to the company and this is what I get, NOTHING! I should have gone thru Amazon. They at least will deal with the refunds. NOT HAPPY!!

Great customer service. Immediate response from Darwin who took time to manage a mistake in my order.

Olivia Stowe made my experience for requesting a refund or return. I was given two options and finally chose a refund which was actioned straight away. Being an older person I find this sort of thing very hard. Thank you again Olivia 🙏

I called the support team because the brush took hours to charge,I tried their suggestions and it did eventually charge. When I used the brush it did nothing,I wanted lift on the crown but I could not get the brush to stay in my hair,I know I have very soft hair since turning grey,but the adverts promised so much! I have since e mailed to ask for a refund but have had no response very disappointing!the brush

i PURCHASED 2 NUMOYA GO BRUSH MAXS AND 1 GO BRUSH PRO. I WAS GOING ON A 45 DAY TRIP TO SE ASIA AND WANTED SOMETHING I COULD TRAVEL WITH AS AN ALL IN 1. IT IS CALLED THE "GObRUSH" AND IS ADVERTISED FOR TRAVEL. IT WAS CONFISCATED IN JAPAN. NEVER USED. $90. ADVERTISED FOR TRAVEL! i CONTACTED THE COMPANY AND THE REPLY i RECEIVED IS "YEAH WE ARE WORKING ON FIXING THAT WORDING IN OUR ADVERTISING MATERIAL." WTH? SO I HAD NOTHING FOR MY TRIP. AT THIS POINT THE OTHER GOBRUSH PRO (WHICH APPARENTLY ONLY GIVES 10 MIN OF HEAT TIME TO JUST BAT DOWN FLYAWAYS) AND GOBRUSH MAX i WANT TO RETURN. WHICH IS IMPOSSIBLE. I BOUGHT THEM FOR MY GRANDDAUGHTER AND DAUGHTER. SO i AM OUT ALMOST $300. VERY DISAPPOINTING. IT ALSO SHIPS FROM CHINA AND TAKES FOREVER.
