FLX Bike Opiniões 

I have purchased 4 bikes from this company and 2 bikes from another so cal based company. I have had good experiences with both. FLX to me, does the best job they can and although I know some people have had some poor experiences it is the nature of a small business that has a sudden surge in business with a hit product that sells 10 times what they expected. They were not expecting that volume and not prepared for it. I ordered my Babymaker 4/15 and a blade 2.0 5/15 and received both on 12/1 with no problems. Sorry to those who have had issues

Slechte communicatie naar klanten, geen antwoord customer service etcetera.

I’d just like them to share the current estimate for when I might get my Babymaker ebike. I bought in with a email confirmation saying September 2020 delivery and have gotten no answer since. I understand a delay but have to believe they have a new date that they have not shared. I write this January 2021. I really look forward to getting the bike but being now almost 1/2 a year late and no updated delivery date does not speak well. Also when you ask this question on their Facebook page the moderator suspends you from the page, without answering the questiob

Bought a flx trail from campaign on indie gogo. Arrived roughly to plan but 18 months on the frame cracked. Buy cheap Chinese rubbish buy twice. Contacted flx and they didn't care as outside of warranty. A fair few owners had the same problem. Poorly made with cheap components that fall to pieces. £1600 down the drain. Spend a bit more and buy a named brand with quality components. I now own a Giant and love it.
