Aina was super helpful and friendly! Make the whole process so seamless and quick!

When ordering, i checked with the CS if the message can be written in thai and she said yes. But when the gift was delivered, the message card was empty. Upon checking with the CS, she informed that that system does not support thai so the message was not printed out.
So if there is an issue with the message, shouldn’t they contact me to inform me so that I can replace the message instead of sending a blank card to the recipient?
And as compensation, they offer $10 off for the next purchase. With such service, who would purchase from them again? They have totally ruined the surprise gift!

I always come back to FNP for flowers and gifts for friends, colleagues and family. I wanted to give them a surprise and FNP never fail to help. On 27/7/26, Aina has kindly helped me with the delivery charges as i intended to send 2 bouquets to the same address. Thank you Aina for your prompt assistance. Keep up the good work.

Non existent post sale customer service. i ordered a bouquet of flowers to be delivered to my office as a surprise for my colleague but the delivery address was wrongly indicated. Over the past 18 hours I have written, texted and submitted a feedback, along with 10 over calls to various helplines 9727 9363 and +65 6653 1219 and no one has been able to help me. This will be the last time I order from this platform.
